NewbieJr 541 Posted April 17, 2017 Just curious, why did you become a DJ initially? Stepped into it. Friend of mine was the DJ at my high school dances and told me he was moving to California. I was 21 at the time. He knew I was into music and asked if I wanted to take over for him. The school had a dance per month and it paid $150 each time. He sold me his equipment for $500. Did only school dances for about six months. Then a buddy asked if I could DJ at his bachelor party at a Knights of Columbus. Started doing more private parties. Eventually was asked to do a friend's wedding. Then took on a regular Thursday night gig at a local club. At one point, I was doing between 40-45 jobs a year, in addition to the weekly gig. Almost every weekend.

Baker Boy 1,704 Posted May 12, 2017 It is going to take decades to clean up the mess Obama created. We will be paying over $100 Billion a year in interest on the $10 Trillion Obama borrowed. That will increase as interest rates increase and go on forever since he had no plan to pay it off.
