Death Penalty?

Recommended Posts

They think the death penalty is inhumane. As usual they have it backwards. Not acknowledging  victims and preventing future victims is actually much more inhumane.

Have you seen the pansy liberal media cry for the people that have been recently put to death? All of these people have been horrible humans and did horrible things. Not one of them deserves to live. Not one of them had any doubt they were guilty.

And yet they are all in on mass abortion and often call the religious right lunatics.

Liberal democrats are the dumbest people on Earth. And they love to keep proving it over and over and over....

Kim kardashian was so upset after the last execution. I can only imagine how the womans family who he burned alive felt when they heard the news of her being murdered.

Trump giving her time was disappointing. I guess both of them having been created by the media, and then both of them manipulating the media brought them together.  And the photo op. Wasn’t worth it.

We dont kill these losers fast enough.

THIS is why these POS losers need executed as soon as they are found guilty.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/fugitive-suspected-taking-truck-five-024309290.html

A convicted murderer on the run since escaping a prison bus after stabbing its driver last month was fatally shot by law enforcement in Texas after he killed five members of the same family, including four children, and stole a truck from their rural weekend cabin, officials said.

Lopez was serving a life prison sentence for a 2006 conviction of murdering a man along the Texas-Mexico border.

5 people would be alive if we executed proven killers immediately.

I saw this. Was being taken to see a doctor.  And got out of the cuffs, escaped the cage in the van and 2 guards. How does this happen?

So one of the reasons I am for the death penalty, and want the punishment performed as quickly as possible, is because I've always feared new people in government letting heinous people out.  If they're dead they can't be allowed back in to society.  Anti death penalty peeps are always like "just give them life without parole."  That was never good enough for me.  Now, our friends in the California legislature are about to prove my fears were not unfounded:

I'm ok with this as long as the person stays in the jurisdiction that freed them.  If that person leaves their jurisdiction, anyone who comes in contact with that person shall be free to kill said person, without fear of prosecution.

Anyone who murders, kills without self/other person protection cause, should get the death penalty. I don't care if they are deemed mentally ill.

Any person who commits arson should get the death penalty.

Any person who commits aggrevated assault should get the death penalty.

Any person who commits attempted murder should get the death penalty.

Any person who violently rapes someone should get the death penalty.

Pedos should get the death penalty.

People who own pit bulls that hurt or kill people should get the death penalty.

And the death penalty should be carried out within six months to a year of the conviction.

The hypocrisy of the left never stops amazing me. They defend the worst of the worst. And claim we are inhumane and cruel for taking steps of action to those who want to hurt us and have. Your three kids who were abducted and molested then thrown in the river on a freezing cold night, you have zero problem with defending the killer and letting him live?

OBL was hunted for years. When they finally found him, seal team 6 was ordered to take him out. Don’t allow him to live. That’s an execution. They could have easily arrested him, but they did not. And the country was so happy to hear the good news that we finally got him because Obama did it. He gave him the death penalty from the start and dumped his remains in the ocean.

I think people who are guilty of simply  assaulting  other people without a cause of self defense or defending someone else should be put to death.

Yep.  The lady he killed was stabbed and beaten to death.  He was given a merciful way to go comparatively.  For any of you who have had the displeasure of driving by/through Atmore, another comparable punishment would have been to release him into that area without the ability to leave.  Although I guess he could have passed his time in the Indian video casino.

I am a huge proponent of ridding the earth of people like this. THAT BEING SAID. This part really worries me. If someone asks for dna testing that should be automatically done. Dna testing in 2023 is pretty common and inexpensive. Say it comes back inconclusive or not his. For dollars you could have saved an innocent man.     The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals also rejected an emergency stay of execution for Smith earlier this week, CBS affiliate KOTV reported. His third and final emergency plea to the criminal appeals court came on the heels of others in recent months that were denied, including one motion that sought post-conviction DNA testing, according to the station.

Don't care.  The state says there was plenty of evidence from the crime scenes corroborating his CONFESSION(S), as in MULTIPLE CONFESSIONS.  But there's the thing . It's been 22 years since these horrific crimes were committed.  The playbook for defense attorneys in capital cases is to find something, ANYTHING, to appeal on.  Then, when that appeal works it's way through the courts and is denied, they find SOMETHING ELSE to appeal on,  Waste years in the courts on another frivolous claim.  Rinse and repeat.  And that's why it takes 20-40 years to execute someone.   Why didn't he ask for DNA testing 10 years ago?  It's not new.

I do not care when he requested it. It should have been done as a matter of course to make sure they were not killing an innocent person.

Eh.  If they had enough evidence to convince a jury it wasn't necessary.

I 100 percent do not believe that. Not even a little. DNA testing is cheap and easy and can save lives. Not being able to test for dna in a capitol murder case should be illegal.  I am not arguing this guys innocence at all. He likely did it. a 3 dollar dna test could have proved that he didn't though. Which seems intentionally wrong.

With abortion, you're killing an innocent human life.  With the death penalty, you're killing evil scum of the earth people who have forfeited their right to life through their actions.  Big difference.
