If it was "US opts out of nuclear deal" (as in if it were a committee or or Congress, or Supreme Court, or some collective group doing the voting) there would be no discussion.

So we created an army through Paul Bremer's D bath vacation process. Then we pissed them off thanks to Abba grub. Then we paid them 12 billion dollars in cash. Then we left all of our equipment over there for them to use against us.
