I remember hearing of times when whites could accuse blacks of crimes without physical evidence, video evidence, corroborating witnesses, solely based off one person's accusation. I remember hearing of times when blacks could get arrested or put to death on such accusations. Those were considered dark times. Scary times. Unjust times.

Lets be honest about what is happening here. The democrats sat on a letter from a supposed sexual assault victim 30 years ago till just before the confirmation in order to delay it till after the midterms. It is their way of getting back for the garland nomination. This is tit for tat and the #metoo movement is going to suffer. More baseless allegations that can neither be proven nor disproven. But the woman should be believed. No woman would ever lie...right brian banks?

Sat on the letter because it was anonymous and she didn't want to name herself.

Baseless...but you say it can't be proven or disproven...but you already deterimined they are baseless.

The FBI could do further investigation if the White House requests it and provides direction, the person said.

 

As the FBI did with Hill/Thomas.

He responds all the time and when he writes the crap he does I will call him out. He has me on ignore because I call him out and make him look foolish. Why would you support him?

30 year old high school hear say. Interesting, I guess he didn't report it to the authorities because he didn't believe it was true.

And any actual investigation would interview this person as well to corroborate things. Thats what investigations do.

IF this occurred he would be a party to attempted rape(according to the story presented so far). So a denial of recollection would be pretty self-serving.

 

No he wouldn't. She didn't say he was in the room. He would have been downstairs while this incident was happening upstairs in a bedroom, where Kavanaugh supposedly turned the music up loud so noone would hear. He was named as having attended the party and he has no recollection of having done so. Of course, your next talking point will be that he was and still is friends with Kavanaugh so that would be self serving.....And so it goes......

Ford said she told nobody about the incident for 28 years. Judge was blackout drunk and doesn't recall the incident. The other witness doesn't recall it either. This is hearsay from rumors. It's junk.

That is more than just being rebuffed and yes, legally that is attempted rape.

 

 

Evidence showing an accused person’s voluntary attempt to remove complainant’s clothes to expose his/her private parts would be sufficient to support conviction for attempted rape, even though no further actions were taken to commit an offense of rape. But it is not mandatory that prosecution must give evidence upon the fact that a defendant touched a victim’s sexual organs or removed clothing.

In order to convict a defendant for an offense of assault with intent to commit rape, the prosecution must prove the following[vii]:

  • that there was a use of force.

Hearsay. Typically not admissable as evidence.

On its out...true...since they have the person's name, the FBI would likely try to compel to testify...which would be part of an actual investigation.

This was the allegation I read and that's the only other third party that I know:

She has accused Kavanaugh of pinning her to a bed during a house party in Maryland in the early 1980s, attempting to remove her clothes and putting his hand over her mouth when she tried to scream. I didn't say it would prove anything...its another possible witness that could provide testimony. That they didn't go to the authorities then is not all that relevant.

 

Only its not the same at all...we have an actual accusation by an alleged victim...if they interviewed the person who wrote this, there is another...

There was nothing ever credible about the Obama BS...trying to even compare is just downright stupid...but expected again here.

There is nothing credible about the alleged victim or this person who said they heard a rumor he did nothing about. To think this is credible and not like the Obama birth certificate is blind political affiliation stupidity.

I thought Kavenaugh went to an all boys school. This was a woman who posted this about her school. No?

 

Maybe I'm wrong, hard to keep up with all this hearsay from three decades ago.
