I am going to disagree. It seemed like many of the Dems didn't even know what they were voting for. I think Flake has provided ammo for him and the few other key swing Republican voters to vote to confirm with this up to one week FBI investigation. I think if the Dems try and come up with more crap against Kavanaugh it will only hurt them. This also gives less of a chance for the Dems to try and impeach Kavanaugh if he is confirmed because they can't complain they didn't allow the FBI to investigate.
