Kavanaugh sexual misconduct in High School

Recommended Posts

Democrats already talking impeachment of Kavanaugh if he gets confirmed and they take control of the Senate.

They won't, they all but assured a red blood bath in November.

So lets get a summary from people here. What do we have that could incriminate Kavanaugh? What are the facts from this case that makes Fords testimony strong?

Thank you Newbie for bringing up something I wanted to discuss. All this talk about "Believe Women!" "Women are always right!"

What about the women, who happen to support Ford, but will not corroborate the story?

Should we believe them or not? :dunno:

It won't be an issue for the vast majority of men. Seriously, have any of you guys known or been personally impacted by #MeToo? Do you guys know any victims of sexual assault abuse?

I don't know a single dude who has been screwed over by the movement, but I know a few chicks that have been nearly raped by guys. And I'm sure most chicks aren't going to volunteer whether they've been raped or not.

What ideas about interacting with women have been rendered obsolete?

Ive never been accused of sexual harassment or sexual misconduct but I have been falsely accused of racism, sexism and being anti-gay when I was in the corporate world. Claiming discrimination of some type was often the last ditch effort of an underperforming employee to hold onto their job.

Things Ive done that my sons should not:

Flirt with or tell jokes to women they work with.

Be present at any social setting where women co workers are present, especially if alcohol is involved, and double especially if youre out of town.

Date co workers

Bang co workers

Marry co workers

Tell girls the stuff you want to do them or touch them without consent.

Whip junk out during a heavy make out session

Go streaking

Go skinny dipping

Drink, take drugs or play drinking games with girls

Democrats already talking impeachment of Kavanaugh if he gets confirmed and they take control. Not sure they can do that as they'll need control of both Houses, right?

ETA: They do need both houses: a majority of the House must approve an indictment to impeach, and a two-thirds supermajority of the US Senate must convict for the judge or justice to lose their office

That AND they were already gearing up for assailing his replacements if they were able to scare him away or get Trump to pull him.....pathetic, and FULLY in line with the SJW leftists....

Focking horsesh!t.

If she were truly raped or attempted raped, she should have gone and filed a report the next focking day, if not driven straight to the police station.

But she didnt. She sat on it for 36 years and then wrote a letter to a legislator.

If I get robbed, and wait three and a half decades to report that my tv was stolen, you think Id have much luck getting justice? Fock no.

Think of the alleged facts. She was allegedly almost violently raped. She walks out of a room, one would think visibly upset and disheveled, and NOBODY notices sh!t? She tells nobody? Not a friend. Not her mother. Not a soul. Until a vague reference to a counselor, and then a letter to Diane Feinstein.

What galls me, other than the baseless attacks, is the ridiculousness of people calling her a hero and touting her bravery. Give me a focking break. That is an insult to every rape victim who does what your supposed to do, and goes and has a rape kit done, testified against her rapist, etc.

Ive unfollowed numerous friends over their idiocy on this story.

My wife, being Filipino, doesnt really follow American politics much. She just read about it, and said it sounds like bullsh!t and that the rne foo movement has gone way too far.

Think I may have chosen wisely this time.

Maybe she didnt report it because it wasnt a rape and was totally unprovable even at the time? Which begs the question: Why bring it up now? The difference is that shes not reporting a crime now, shes attesting to the character of a SCOTUS nominee.

I am agnostic on the whole thing. We are never going to know whether it happened. I dont necessarily think the charges are made up but they are unsubstantiated. To me the question is whether claims that cant be substantiated should be brought forth in the first place or if theyre relevant to a character assessment years later.

Im a little grossed out by Democrats who dont really care whether its true or not. Im equally disgusted by Republicans who assume the story is made up. I guess this is why Im an independent.

There is absolutely no way you're an independent. Slotard gives us the same line of BS yet defends, protects and is downright zealous about every left and far-left agenda item that comes up daily and disparages Conservatives/GOP daily. You do the same exact thing.

See, this is where people need to chill out in my opinion. Maybe she is, but it's wholly possible, even more probable that "something" did happen to Ford but over the years, in her head, it is nothing near reality. She seems like an extremely delicate person and has huge memory lapses (even things that happened the past couple months).

I'm more disgusted at how the Democratic leaders USED her as a political pawn.

She is credible and I personally believe she is telling the truth. The person that has the most to gain by lying is Kavanaugh. The democrats don't give a fock about who is lying or telling the truth though. They're butt hurt over the republicans stealing Obama's nomination (which they did), and trying to do anything to stall this until after mid-terms, where they hope to have a majority and can get a more moderate judge pushed through.

I completely disagree with Kav having the most to gain. This lady is going to be on every feminist talk show in the world, a book deal, hell Netflix will probably buy her story and try to make a movie out of it. I hate that people are acting like this lady had nothing to gain. Use your noggin. Did you see how much money was raised in her name on GoFundMe?

Your post is not based in reality and does not reflect anything that is currently being reported.

This is simply a wish based on your dogma.

What is dogma?

I don't follow this stuff like you do. I do not watch the news or read much news outside of a few headlines and sports. I saw a couple clips of the testimony and based upon how he reacted and she reacted, made my opinion. As far as acting like a man, well I know talking with someone like you about that is a waste of time and energy. So I won't even bother. Carry on trumptard

Then STFU and keep your opinion to yourself because its irrelevant when you don't even have all the information.

I'd say being elected to a life-time seat on the highest court in the country is a little more to gain than a couple mil in book deals or whatever, but that's just me using my noggin instead of my bias.

Huh? You don't follow this stuff but you post a 6 paragraph whine/rant on why you think Kavanaugh will not get nominated. So that just confirms my original post that YOUR post is nothing but a "wahhh! We lost the election!" rant of wishes not based in reality. You're a fool.

I don't necessarily believe what he tells me, I look at his posts. And most of them are defending the left wing agenda and critical of conservatives. Constantly.

One of the people she claimed was at the party, who is one of her lifelong friends, says she has never met Kavanaugh and doesn't remember the supposed party. I'm not saying Ford is lying. I agree she may have had an incident in her teens. But her lack of memory, and the number of people who SHE named who don't know WTF she is talking about, gives me great pause when talking about destroying a man 35 years later.

MDC supports Kavenaugh's appointment.

I doubt MDC would say he "supports" the appointment. He just understands that the Senate's role isn't to pass judgment on a candidate but to decide if he is qualified and approve a nomination if that is the case. Unfortunately, the people who actually have that job don't seem to understand what their exact responsibility is and have politicized the process.

I've known him for years, the guy's always been not too far left of me. It may well be that I'm migrating right as well though since I can appreciate what Trump is trying to do, and will likely continue to support him as my hesitation and enthusiasm are picking up as we go along. Whereas he had no inclination to do the same.

This thread is 56 pages long but somewhere around the 48 page mark, he came out in support of Kavenaugh's appointment. I'm not imagining this. Just wait for it, he should be around soon enough to confirm that and provide his reasoning.

Mark Judge wrote a letter yesterday after the nonsense. Signed - Dated - Under penalty of perjury.

He says he doesn't recall any party that Ford is talking about and has never seen Kavenaugh act the way Ford describes. Still not enough for the Dems, they want to bring this guy in like its a criminal case and gill the hell out of him, talk about his alcoholism and ruin one more person on national TV.

This is pretty close to where I stand. Kavanaughs resume qualifies him for the position, barring any major revelations he should be confirmed.

I think he will be a bad SCOTUS on the issues I care about (privacy, labor and consumer rights etc.) but I would have probably said that about any nominee Rep or Dem.

This Coons guy is a cuck.

Also anyone else notice that almost all of these liberal women senators aren't married?

Kamala Harris is cute but she reminds me of another cute woman with a closet full of coats made out of Dalmatian puppy fur.
