I see your DDS is still acting up. Grass doesn’t need cut until about 2 weeks.

Of course it’s beats being THAT guy who can’t afford a pizza for his family

In South Carolina? Bullshit.

My grampa got one last year after seeing his neighbor with one.  It is light.  He has some hills.  He doesnt love the way it mows. But it is easier for him.  Ive mowed his lawn a couple times with it.  They seem good for old people, women, or perhaps someone with hilly terrain.

A young person with a flat yard, Id rather have gas.

I bought one after my last gas mower crapped out. Yes, you lose some power compared to gas but it isn't a huge loss. The thing is simple to use and light weight. My wife can operate it with no problem. I'll come home from work intending to mow the lawn and my wife will have already done it.

We have a noise ordinance in my city, no power equipment before 8 AM. This thing is so quiet I can start mowing the lawn at 6 AM and not disturb any neighbors. It comes in handy during the summer months when it can get almost up to 90° by 9AM. I'm done with my yard and sipping on a bloody mary before my neighbors even start on their's.

It folds up and sits on the back of the deck so it takes almost no space to store when not in use.

Many more positives to outweigh the only negative of slight power reduction.

Just got the 80 volt Kobalt trimmer blower combo. Holy crap is the trimmer 1000x better that my gas trimmer. Will never go back. Been looking for mowers to get reasonable.  I am not spending $400 on any mower for my 5000 sf yard.

I retract my previous advice. Buy an electric one.

Had that happen before. Doubt it’ll happen this time since my wife works mon - fri now instead of Panama schedule.

Depends on what you are dealing with. If one has a large yard with lots of trees electric WILL NOT WORK. I have a little over an acre with trees and hedges all around. I neeed pure power without battery drain or running out of power. It absolutely will not work for me.

Small, flat hard sure. It will work 100%. Basically don't bring a BB gun to the O.K. Corral unless you want to look like a dumb azz and be laughed out of the saloon.

Have battery powered weed eater, I'll never go back to gas. Mower is a different story, I'll stick with gas there.

Has anyone asked how large the lot is? It’s gotta be at least an acre. Not sure if they make electric riders.

Bring any electric mower or string strimmer, hedge trimmer in my yard. It will DIE less than halfway through. Again, fine for panzie puzzie azz yards. Not going to work for someone who can have a family baseball game with room to spare. If one likes weak azz beach puzzie yards then yes. PERFECT.

This is the problem I’ve had. The electric equipment dying before I finish the yard and having to recharge it and finish it later on. Which is why I’m so hesitant to buy electric yard equipment.

I wouldn’t say someone’s yard is a weak poosay yard. But I do have worries that the dam mower would die on me before being able to finish like the equipment I’ve had in the past

I'm in NorCal. We pay for the water we use here. I don't have acres of grass and weeds to mow. I have a residential lot with a front and back lawn. The battery life is sufficient to mow both yards, sit in the shed for a week, mow both yards, sit in the shed for a week, then mow both yards again before needing a re-charge.

I doubt anybody with a residential lot would need to recharge the battery mid mow. If so, get a back-up battery. Problem solved.

More lies from the drunkard seeing as how most in this thread are actually discussing the topic. Only your retarded ass seems to think that. But then again, drunkards typically don’t have a grasp on reality

Good point. I got a decent sized yard. Previous owner did a TON of landscaping. Sprinklers WERE running every night but changed it to 3 times a week and now just turned them off. Been raining quite a bit so haven’t had the need for them. The shed the previous owner had built is extremely nice with even a little ramp. Got outlets in it as well so would make charging them lawn mower easy

Especially when watering 3+ times per week.

Maybe he has fake grass and doesn’t know it. He’s been taken for $80 every other week...

I’ve pimped the Greenworks 80V system here before and will again.  I’ve got about 6000 sq ft of grass in my back yard, Bermuda in the summer which is fairly thick.  I can do about the entire yard on one charge.  Mower self-propels as well, which takes some of the juice.

I have the blower as well which is awesome, more than enough power.  I already had a trimmer from a different system or I’d get that too.

The consensus is that the accessories are fantastic, mower depends on lawn size and type.

Lol no bro. It doesn’t grow that dam fast. My grass was cut last weekend and it’s still good. Usually in the summer you cut it once every two weeks. During the winter it’s once every 3 weeks (at least that’s the schedule I remember our house had growing up). I don’t see why you think it needs to be cut twice a week but that’s definitely NOT the case.

Nobody cares what you say drunky. Pretty sad that you have nothing to do but get drunk by yourself on a Saturday night and post on a message board. Best to buzz off cause you’re embarrassing yourself with every post. Unlike you, I’m gonna go enjoy the rest of my Saturday night with my friends. Have fun loser

Nope. Only had it cut once (took forever cause the guy wouldn’t come out cause of the rain). Grass got tall as sh1t which is another reason I want to get a mower. Took the guy forever to get out here and I don’t like waiting on people when I can do it myself.
