The order marks yet another lawsuit to be thrown out by the courts as Republicans look to challenge the election's results in battleground based on unsubstantiated claims of widespread voter fraud and election malfeasance. 

Pennsylvania

The case was not among those where the Trump campaign has alleged fraud. Instead, the campaign had argued the state should enforce rules about when absentee ballots should or should not be counted, taking issue with 2,177 ballots in Bucks County that were in an unsealed privacy envelope or lacked handwritten dates, names or addresses on their outer envelopes.

Georgia

A federal judge in Georgia rejected an election lawsuit brought by a Republican elector, Lin Wood, who had alleged in court constitutional violations, perceived fraud in the presidential election and sought to block the certification of election results.

Wood's attorney indicated earlier on Thursday that he may want to try for a second round before the judge, representing the Trump campaign as it seeks to block a Biden win. But Grimberg's ruling on Thursday, spoken from the bench, shuts down new rounds of lawsuits in multiple ways.

Grimberg decided that the elector in Georgia didn't have the ability to show he could bring a case, didn't have an avenue in court under the law and had sued far too late to affect the election.

"I didn't hear any justification for why the plaintiff delayed bringing this claim until two weeks after this election and on the cusp of these election results being certified," Grimberg, a Trump appointee, said. Absentee ballot counting in Georgia, which Republicans were challenging in the lawsuit, started months ago, he noted.

Fraud is being used as a generic term for this election. Fraud, mistakes, glitches, lost ballots, whatever. They seem to all be going in one direction, no matter how you want to term it.  Enjoy your terminology victory. The important part is the votes got tossed. Biden is bleeding votes little by little and they haven’t even gotten to the fun stuff yet.

An affidavit is a written statement of fact voluntarily made by an affiant or deponent under an oath. All her information has addidavits. How can she get disbared for someone else making a statement under oath.

Biden just started raising money again on his website. Why do that if you just "won". There is an obvious problem when that happens.

How can anybody with a straight face say “There is NO fraud in elections”.  Wait, you mean like zero?  That in the whole country, where hundreds of millions of votes are cast, there is no fraud at all?  
 

Maybe it’s not rampant.  Maybe it is not enough to swing an election result but for the love of the baby Jesus how can any logical person take the stance there is no such thing.  It’s laughable.

Opening statements in court are also made after PC established,, an arrest of an individual and charged with a crime. 

What is interesting though, is that her partner, Lin Wood successfully sued CNN etc for slander and defamation.  So far, not a peep from Dominion Voting on claims that would have pushed most corps to a civil suit for libel/slander

SCOTUS is faced with a pressing matter regarding court packing. It will impact them the rest of their careers. The conservatives ones do not want it for sure. The liberal ones either. They can see the uprising among conservatives and losing blacks and minorities in droves. Only one party is beating the drums on court packing and only one party has a large bag of fraud being scoffed at by the media. They can fix their matter if needed.

And that has nothing to do with this particular case where 2400 voters didn't put a date on the ballot and they were tossed out. 

Quick question do you think 2400 voters who had there ballots time stamped by "a county machine timestamped each ballot as it was received. And all 2,349 ballots in question were stamped on our before the date of the election, Nov. 3."  should be disenfranchised because they didn't fill in the date on their ballots?

Monica Palmer confirmed to The Washington Post that Trump called her on Tuesday night after she and William Hartmann balked at approving the election results. The two eventually relented and certified the results, but on Wednesday both Palmer and Hartmann sought to rescind their certification.

We were talking about a specific instance, where it was alleged that the ballots were cast out due to fraud. Turns out, there was no fraud involved.
