90+% of the jobs lost in the pandemic have now been recovered at a speed most analysts didn't think would happen. The country is on track to bounce back from the pandemic recession than it did from the Great Recession. Wages are up....

 

Now we just need the Federal Reserve to continue the plan of raising interest rates so we can hopefully get the inflation under control.

I'm not advocating for raising interest rates because of any sort of party support in one way or the other. Just understand that interest rates raising helps bring down inflation numbers. Additionally, when people are spending above market value and above assessed value on homes in some cases- they are spending above the actual value of the home.

again, and normal people cant get approved for loans over market value, most people get FHA loans with 3% down, which you can't get loans for over appraisal

This righteous indignation over not being able to buy a house is laughable.  It's the poor and middle class that allow politicians to pass pork bill after pork bill and allowed politicians to start buying their votes for a measley $1200.  And then we keep going off and buying houses we can't afford.  Now we're supposed to be worried about people being able to buy houses?  We need these people to stop buying houses.  Raising rates is the only way to get idiots to stop buying shìt they shouldn't be buying in the first place.  If people would stop doing that, housing wouldn't be as crazy as it is.
