5-Points 3,569 Posted January 9, 2022 8 minutes ago, Cruzer said: Hope so...... but this time of year, a team (usually) is what it is. And what this team is....they're a wonderfully talented defensive team, who can get after the QB, create TOs.... Unfortunately they're also a team who can't run the ball, least not with the slow/unexplosive overpaid RB they insist on feeding the ball (tired of 2nd and 9 after they run Zeke on 1st down!!!). They're a team with a below average OL, who's LG and C are borderline awful. They're a team who, for whatever reason, can't seem to get their star $$20m WR more than 3 to 4 catches a game. They're a team who, even tho CD Lamb was all over the field catching balls in college, can't seem to utilize properly in the pros. They're a team who's $40m QB isn't making the throws he was the 1st six weeks of the season before his calf injury. Our defenive strength of getting up the field and rushing the qb is also our weakness - least against Murray. Our DEs, or somebody, is going to have to stay in their lanes, keep Murray in the pocket - or he'll kill us again.... We're also going to have to stop with the 72 holding penaties a game.... and for the love of Gawd, we HAVE to take this game out of Zuershiits hands, or leg shall I say. That idiot is not worth a damn, he's going to cost us, you watch. They have the #1 scoring offense in the league and arguably the best defense. If they can limit mistakes/penalties and avoid shooting themselves in the foot, they have a decent shot at a championship run. You're absolutely right about Zuerlein. Let him try the long FG's but go for 2 on every TD. 6 focking missed PAT's? We're stuck with him for now but he needs to go ASAFP!

JustinCharge 2,397 Posted January 10, 2022 There are 3 enemy franchises in the AFC. the broncos, patriots and steelers. They have hogged half of the AFC titles in all of history. Any chance you get to knock one of them out of the playoffs, you take it. The raiders instead let the steelers in the playoffs. Boo.
