Not much difference with giving foreign aid to other countries and they hire our contractors and the contractors give it to our politicians. I’ve said many times here that foreign aid is basically money laundering. Bidens brother is a great example. Give Iraq money to build housing. Iraq hires Bidens firm to build that housing.
