Happy Friday the 13th

Recommended Posts

I've really only had one spout of bad luck over the years, had a car that was crushed by a runaway truck in a parking lot on Friday the 13th.

Also reminder, the original and every sequel are available for streaming on AMC+

Not a big slasher fan but I have some nostalgia for F13. This is the only horror series I can think of where a lot of the sequels are better than the original. Parts 3, 4 and 6 are great cheese.

great cheese.

Exactly what they are.  They're not scary or good, but they're fun and nostalgic.  Last summer I streamed all of them constantly on my office TV while I work.

I figured you would be more of a Leprechaun fan.

I'm on a cruise ship getting getting ready to depart to Bermuda. I may not have thought this all the way thru.

Think part three was in 3-D. Saw it at the dollar show. The The harpoon to the eye was fawking good.

I love Friday 13th (the date). Ever since I was young we would always have scary movie marathons at night on this day. It’s what we are doing tonight once we get down to the lake

The best. I used to be able to tell the whole story of F13, movies 1-12.  The beast kills. Most kills of any horror character.

Haha and saw it in 3D as well when it came out and can't forget that scene.

All the Friday the 13ths are available on Max if you wish to partake in the holiday.

I was hoping to get up to Blairstown, NJ this year, specifically today, to visit the camp where the original was filmed.  They offer tours, viewings and even an overnight stay.

One of these years...

I was born on Friday November 13th.  I would say it was a lucky day for everyone.

We watched Scream IV last night, so keeping with the NY theme, I might have to torture my wife with part 8 tonight.
