I don't really disagree with the motive, but this seems like a bit much:

 

Just like the biggest thing to worry about with bathroom rules allowing trans people is probably actual men, seems like that will be the same with men who I'm sure will accuse girls of being trans and demand a genital check.

I think boys should not compete against girls and the the least invasive way to prevent this from happening should be implemented. I'm not sure I have a better idea but haven't put much thought/effort into it. Do you have any suggestions?

That's a good fix. So long as they remain the way they always have been. This might be the plan B method in fifteen years if your birth certificate was issued in California or some other dumbass state.

I thought doctors wait now to let the parents determine what the child's sex is before they fill out the birth certificate.

That's a new thing. HS aged kids today would have valid birth certificates where ever they were born. Also, I think Ohio itself won't ever be issuing woke birth certificates. This may be a problem for a small handful of kids in fifteen years or so if boys from California or other woke states want to compete in girls sports.

i guess it's right to dumb down the liberal agenda to "fad". Makes sense as all they do everyday is to try to win the day by calling people racists and misogynists and gay haters and the rest.... Rather than actually trying to fix issues in the US.

One can only hope. People are alert to what's going on now and the pushback is taking place. You know, the future will be in their hands and they're being groomed and warped into these decadent lifestyles by activists and enablers who don't care. The behavior is being normalized by the perverts who have taken over the cultural institutions. The best thing to do is find communities where this has not taken hold.

I dunno. My two eldest kids are teens, an other is eight, this social experiment is taking place on their generation and they will eventually have to deal with these people as their peers. This will be their fight and their challenge. The best you can do is raise them in a normal environment and hope they meet/date other people raised in a normal environment.

Starting in 7th grade all Ohio athletes participating in sports must have an annual physical. It's been a while since I was in school but the doctor always had me turn my head and cough. There was a record of my peemus and balls. I don't think referees/umpires are going to be checking undercarriages.

My first thought was it sounded a little invasive but physicals are usually required to play sports anyway.  I think something needs to be done to prevent it.

Yeah so, the guy who works at the air conditioning plant during the week and refs as a side gig is going to do a visual inspection before each game. Sounds right.

Yeah, this is easy, you have to take a physical to play sports. Women Dr.'s can perform the physicals on women. Very simple stuff.

Congratz to Ohio for attempting to save women's sports. Every other state should obviously follow suit. If you have an issue with any of this, you are part the problem.

To play sports in high school you have to have a physical performed by a doctor. Be sure to check the correct biological sex and go after doctors who fraudulently check the wrong box.
