I was thinking of just doing one for all christmas media.

Say, 9 rounds, must have 3 songs, 3 show episodes, and 3 movies, something like that.

I didn't google sh*t. I was in the Army from 1989-95 where I hung out with a bunch of metalheads, and am extremely familiar with Metallica's early albums. I know all these albums, I know exactly which ones to pick, and can sing each one as I've heard then all dozens of times. 

Many of these are the 6th or 7th song on the album. Since I realize that I'm not picking their most popular/famous songs, but rather picking for a theme, I post the lyrics as courtesy for clueless idiots like you.

These songs kick ass. They are what I would play were I so inclined to go on a murderous rampage. It's not my fault everybody stopped picking Metallica after round one.

Personally I'd give the Downward Spiral the edge over Pretty Hate Machine, but that's a solid choice.

Every year I think about quitting my FF leagues, and every year I stay anyway, because I know that once things get going, I'll be into it.  On that note, I wish I had joined in on this, although I've been hella busy the past few days.

Anyway, as a non-participant, I'd like to call out some songs that I liked and might have strongly considered:

- Halloween Theme:  Gane changer; hard to not want to kill someone after that.

- Pantera:  Great pick, not the song I'd have gone for, but definitely makes you want to kill somebody.

- Rage, Killing in the Name:  awesome song to get violent to.

- Tool, 46 and 2:  Similar, awesome song to get your heart pumping to kill someone.

Two things occur to me.

First: The person reading lists is you. You've selected the most popular and famous songs by the most popular bands. And they are indeed great songs, better than mine. The word for a list like yours is "Wednesday". My list was put together by a deep understanding of where the violent lyrics and speed sound occurs on a Metallica album, which is sometimes buried at #6 or #7 on the albums, rather than showcased and promoted as the lead song. Your lyrics don't match up because they were deliberately skipped over in favor of the more intense ones tuned to this competition.

Second, I love Crazy Train. I drafted Ozzy's version early on the 80s music draft. If occurs to me that anyone who actually likes that song have taken the original Crazy Train by Black Sabbath rather than Ozzy's solo version.

3 - Raining Blood - when I do attack, I will be relentless.

4 - Albatross - how will I be affected by this? I won't, I'll soar above it.

5 - 46x2 - Afterall, I am a greater being.

6 - Angel of Death - I arrive at home, time to become the Angel of Death.
