Nobody with any sense is voting for a Fetterman or Biden.

Self reflection and nominating better candidates than Oz isn’t on the menu! 😂

Oz was a bad candidate. Sure the democrats were up to their usual tricks,  But a decent candidate overcomes them.  Rich guy wanted to play senator.

And what are those, exactly?

I said all along that (just a little bit more than) 1/2 of PA was happy putting a comatose body into the Senate, with some aide to wipe his drool and lift is arm to push the appropriate sycophant vote button.  The fact that he was facing significant physical and, now it seems, mental challenges was just collateral damage to the cause.

Democrats: the party that cares about people.

specifically the blaming of the wife

Perhaps had the Republicans run a PA candidate they would've won. In fact, guarantee they would have

I want to goof on this neanderthal so bad but I can't. I actually feel sorry for him. He's been used, chewed up and spit out by the Democratic machine.

They should be ashamed of themselves.

So is she's his primary caregiver after his stroke, how isn't she part of the blame here?

Again...my mom has had a few strokes in the last two years. Since then, she cannot read, write, or drive. She can have conversations, but might get confused. That ALL said...if she were to go out and do something and my dad NOT have a say, or just to tell her to "go for it" and not keep her health and well being in the picture, isn't he partially to blame?

Blaming the wife just seems natural here. His stroke affected his brain in the way that he cannot understand/comprehend speech without seeing it written down, IIRC. I also imagine, given he has clinical depression and has checked himself into a facility that his stroke has affected him MUCH more than what's presented. HIS WIFE should know these things. As a family unit, they should have decided his path to recovery that didn't include running for office. The stress from that would alone cause additional health issues.

Yeah, she's to blame too here.

As is Jill Biden. She knows (or should know) better than anyone her husband capabilities, and yet he still ran and will run again. Running again for Biden is just absurd. I won't vote for him simply because of his focking age. Sorry, but retire, dude. He has clear and obvious signs of cognitive decline. IF she supports him running again, she's just as to blame, IMO.

Can you imagine the liberal narrative if this was Trump?

Don't have to. Strokes occur in the brain, which Trump is clearly lacking. Ergo, he is immune from strokes.

The good news is that many of the regular posters here also have that advantage going for them! I'm almost envious...

What is the definition of 'brave' anymore? Getting a colonoscopy?

Brave would have been his wife saying he can’t do this, it might kill him.

Yeah, I'm sorry, if you look at things objectively? The dumbest f****** voters in the history of this country are Trump supporters.  They just are man.

When you have Fox News and Susan Powell and Georgia and 61 other lawsuits and on and on and on say that Trump is the most disengaged less intellectually curious than even bush jr, plain stupid,  unqualified, corrupt president we've ever had,

... And the dorks with a giant Trump flag in the back of their pickup truck are like " Biden stole the election! Trump is the best ever!"

I mean truly. Even the white trash who desecrated Congress are coming out and publicly saying that Trump mislead them and blah blah blah.

And still, you have these DieHard Trump fans who are just so f****** stuck on reality shows.

God damn. I figure another 8 years and Kim Kardashian will probably be president.

The effects of TDS are far reaching.  It even has symptoms similar to battered woman syndrome where the infected ignore and even defend the actions of Trump adversaries.

It's surreal. At least we know the Chinese Flu came from a lab. TDS was simply created and spread through basic human liberal meltdown?

So this dude is still “co-sponsoring” bills while being institutionalized. Sounds extremely fishy and like they’re just putting his name down. PA residents don’t have any representation and also can’t get any answers about where he is. Haven’t seen him at all. Not even sure if he’s alive

Many of those living in the big sh1thole cities consider much of rural America a sh1thole. Ever drive through Iowa, Kansas, and Oklahoma on a road trip? I'll take Chicago over that any day and I'm not a big city guy, although I have lived in several.

The state of Kansas has more people than the city of Chicago. Who do you think had more murders? Do you think it’s close?

Not really, I've never claimed to be an expert.

However, it kind of is a fact that the primary caregiver should be aware of the patients cognitive and mental abilities after a major stroke. A primary caregiver encouraging a stroke survivor to "follow their dream" which has an incredible amount of stress, all the while they can't listen to a conversation and interpret it like they once could...I don't know...seems dumb.

Spending time in Kansas or Oklahoma makes me want to kill myself, so I'll take the chance of someone else doing it in Chicago. My family and I spent a week there last summer, had a great time. Didn't see any violence or hear any gunshots. Weren't assaulted or bothered. Hell I heard infinitely more gunfire in red-n-rural NorCal than I ever did in a big blue city.
