Tennessee Governor set to sign drag ban. Guess what?!?!?

These are so incredibly stupid.  I have a feeling the majority of men have dressed in women's clothing at least once for some reason or another.  I remember a bunch of us football players dressed as cheerleaders for our homecoming pep rally and did a cheer in front of the school.  It was all in good fun.

We did powder puff games all the time growing up. Nothing new.  Banning trans people is stupid and foolish. Banning them from performing in public or in front of kids is fine. Cause the way the dress and act is sometimes worse than male strip clubs

Not a whole lot different then digging up pics of people with black face on when they were in a play or something like that.

Maybe he changed his mind......I not no thread showing this behavior for Biden, who is himself something of a chameleon with what he believes. 🤔

This isn't sudden.  Tried to catch the other side and get them acting like hypocrites is politics as usual.

Wearing a dress without context 40 years ago is totally the equivalent of stuffing your nuts in a 10 year olds face.

Isn't it nice to know that liberals do know that hypocrisy is wrong, even if its only for other people? I mean, it sorta unites us....

I don’t care about his personal hypocrisy; I almost never care about that. It’s boring.

I do care about the bill he’s about to sign. Not that, I suspect, there’s a whole lot of drag going on in most of Tennessee (I’m guessing there’s not a lot of Broadway shows either) but it’s dumb and draconic to ban it.

Dumber than prostitutes working the street in a residential neighborhood or near a school? What ranks higher to you?

The Gallop poll I showed you indicates that 20+% of Gen Z-ers in the US are LGBTQ+, so I would expect a bunch of drag places in every town from the redwood forests to the gulfstream waters.  :dunno:

I’m going to guess, though I have no idea, that the numbers are not evenly distributed.

So some places are, what, 30-40-50% or more LGBTQ?  I'd expect a couple of gay bars and a drag place at every major intersection of those places.

Uh... perhaps you aren’t aware of the laws these same people are passing that ban drag shows? Maybe that news didn’t make it to your favorite news site, QAnonNuclearHolocaustChargersWin.com
