Biden is not gonna run.  He can't say it, now because if a SC appointment becomes available, the Repub congress won't allow him to select the pick .. like they did with Obama which was the biggest farse in the history of ever.

Plus, the Repubs will keep piling on Biden and soon, presto, a new frontrunner that hasn't taken a lot of hit.
