CIA controlled fake (artificial) surveillance birds

One of our neighbors works for the CIA.  His son was telling me about CIA controlled fake artificial surveillance birds (and other such things).  He said they looked real and flew around like a normal bird BUT had miniature cameras and recording devices built within.  He further explained how these 'products' were responsible for infiltrating drug rings and other illegal activities.  Things like (non real) insects, rodents and even squirrels and other wildlife creatures were being manipulated by the CIA (whether it is illegal or not).  He said it goes on way more than people may think.  AND IT'S NOT POLITICAL !

My question is, do any of you Genises have any information or interaction with anything like this.  If not, make up a good story and we'll decide if you're telling the truth or not.

if you want to freak them out, run the story that an alien probe about a million years ahead of us in tech is parked in our solar system that can 3d print UFOs, space aliens, fake people even fake birds and ship them here and we cant tell the difference.

or tell your neighbors that governments and bad actors are intercepting and storing tons of encrypted data like passwords and ss#s.  they cant access them in 2023 but in 10 years a quantum computer can.

today, if you want to exchange secure info, everyone has a 313-digit prime number that is public.  you mix the message with your prime number and the recipients prime number.  even a super computer will take 16 million years to decode.  but a quantum computer can do it in minutes.

I have an abnormally nosey squirrel that visits my yard far too often and a rabbit that likes to come in to my garage and sit by the door to my home whenever the garage door is opened.  The rabbit won't leave even when i come out unless I push it out with the toe of my shoe or boot.  Maybe they are CIA infiltrators gathering intel on  a boring life.

Whatever you do. Don't point a rifle directly at him. 

I saw a documentary once where the rabbit can actually tie the barrel in a knot. Then the gun will backfire into your face.

Seriously, why would they need birds?  Our intelligence agencies are tracking us 24/7 via our phones and other tech.  They can tap into your mic or camera whenever they want and certainly know your location.  They can read our emails and know every website we visit.  Some bird with a camera up it's butt is not going to tell them anything they don't already know.

So, I showed this thread to my neighbor's son who had told me about these things.  First, he got angry and said he told me this in confidence and that I shouldn't have voiced it all over the net.  I explained that there were really only 10 or so people who saw it.  He asked me to 'erase' it .. but I told him I couldn't.  Finally, he said that he was glad most didn't believe it and thought it was rubbish. 

So there.
