He used words like "Global Boiling" as opposed to global warming. He also made a big deal about "Hurricanes in California?!" and all of that. Said that in order for these climate change issues to be addressed, ballot measures needed to be added....because the only way to pay for this (to SAVE US ALL) is by........INCREASING TAXES.
