I watched only that one scene.  In that scene, towards the end she was preseneted as 15 years old.  I do not know whether she was presented that way prior to the interview set up.  Were that the case the scene gets a lot more out of bounds.  As an adult I would not drink with nor hit on someone I believed to be 15, not ever.

Like somebody else here I was seriously considering voting for Rudy in 2008. He was a pro-choice, pro free trade Republican (pretty rare at the time) and like so many others I admired him after 9/11. So sad to see what he’s become. 
 

(Of course I didn’t know at the time some of his more draconian policies in governing NYC- I don’t approve of those.)
