No it’s bad at all. There is nothing in the Constitution that protects the supposed rights of open carry or concealed carry of firearms- that’s not any part of the Second Amendment. I fully support restricting these privileges- they’re not rights. 
 

It’s probably overreach because I don’t think a governor has the authority to do it- that would be normally the task of the state legislature. But then I don’t know exactly how New Mexico works so that’s why I wrote “probably”.

The governor was asked about her oath to uphold the Constitution and she literally said that oath is not absolute.  She knows what she did is unconstitutional but doesn't care.  I hate when politicians do this.  Such a waste of resources.  There should be a law that when a politician does something blatantly unconstitutional they are removed from and banned from holding public office due to incompetence.

I’ve never heard of any politician call for the termination of the Constitution before Trump did. You can dismiss it, try to compare it to people who have complained about other elections, but he said it. And you still support him. That’s why your love of the Constitution seems selective to me. Regardless of your out of context CNN article can you point to an actual constitutional violation or is innuendo all you have? The fifth circuit just ruled Biden violated the first amendment. If you can’t give an example of an actual violation then sit down and shut up.
