There was a reason why Mahommie went down on the 2 yard line getting the 1st and not a fairly easy TD. It wasn't to run the clock out and the TD would have been better.

Nah. The spread figures the winning team running out the clock on the final drive, not running up the score.  That play could have just as easily been at the 50 as the 2 yard line. Teams have been keeping the ball instead of scoring to run out the clock for over a decade now, ever since Bilicheck let the Giants score in the Superbowl.  

The reason KC didnt cover the spread is Zack Wilson playing like Aaron Rodgers in the 3rd quarter.

Totally different situation from last night game and what game you are referring too. Teams go for the kill shot when a TD can put the game out of reach. Sitting on the clock works so you don't score to fast when the game is in reason. The TD would have put them up 9 and out of reach., But Believe what you want and magically Wilson turned into a good QB.

Sorry, that's just wrong. Never giving the ball back to the other team works 100% of the time.  Maybe rare, but I can give you examples of teams losing that were a head by 9 or more in 2 minutes. That's less than 100% of the time. You can't argue with the math.

We will just have to disagree. That game was shady and no way should the Jets only got 7.5 and should have be at least 10. Anyhow who you got in this one ?
