Trump’s comments reflected his long-established pattern of slighting U.S. allies while complimenting adversaries such as Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

 

Looks like Trump is taking the terrorists side (tongue in cheek, because we've seen here any criticism of Israel means you're a terrorist according to some).  Will be interesting to see how the Trump supporters reconcile this with their hatred of muslims.

To be fair. There is literally nowhere for them to go. Israel has not opened up the border with Egypt and instead has bombed it. I was listening to an interview earlier and when asked where he expects all these people to go without a human rights corridor he basically said for them to huddle in one part of the town to the north.

We also don't know what they're being told.  Hamas could be telling them to stay put.  The probably have no idea what's going on because they don't have electricity, communications, etc.

Always thought the FAA deserved the majority of blame for 9/11. A dozen dudes with box cutters did all that damage because the FAA didn't require airlines to lock cockpit doors. That's all it would've taken - $10 lock. European airlines had been locking their doors for decades because of that very threat. But not the US. The FAA waited until something catastrophic happened before doing what should've been done decades earlier. Idiots.
