There is nothing racist about what I have proposed, there is only what is right and legal.  If you decide to assign racism to it, and then intent that is up to you.  But some things are wrong, whether I am a white male or the people I am talking about are not.  Simply deciding something is racist based on the skin color of those involved instead of the actions is....well....sorta racist...
