you serious clark?

it's not just the team, but when you play them.

cowboys when they were still strong and considered a powerhouse. crushed them

jags when they were still strong at 6-3. crushed them

philly when they were the NFC favorite at 10-2. crushed them to take the 1 seed

Also, the division is not a cakewalk like others are

Well said, Philly never recovered from what SF did to them. Only 1 correction though, Philly was the consensus top rated team going in with only 1 loss, not 2.

A couple of our Georgia guys play the part.  High on athlete low on brain.

Purdy is a good QB.  No real reaspn to say these things.  Hes had some bad games but hes acting like hes a stiff.

It's hilarious because Purdy was literally the best QB in the league in the scenario Wyatt is discussing. 😂

Wyatt seems very dumb.   As does his teammate Quay Walker.   I wouldnt say anything as a player, but if you are at least have it some what correct.

Purdy is the closest player to get an MVP without becoming one if he doesn't win. Everyone praised the hell out of Allen. Off and on. Same for Hurts, off and on. Same for Herbert, off and on, Same with Goff, but only at home. Lamar Jackson, depends on the year and if he's injured again or not. Joe Flacco came out ballin, but then he didn't. Jordan Love, Late season hot streak. Same with Stroud up and coming but not yet. Same with Mahomes, but not a great year.

The point here is, ALL QBs go up and down over the course of a year. Mayfield had one foot out of football but he may be up there this offseason when considering a sleeper post season MVP.

Purdy is a great QB. He'll be fine.

Purdy seems like a pretty easy guy to root for. And Deebo is just fun to watch. Tough SOB. Can’t stand Kittle.  Think I’ll root for the niners. Even though their fans are woke morons, with exceptions.

public poll added.  It only gave me the option of having 3 questions so I left off Ravens/ Texans as I assumed most would pick the Ravens anyway.  However, I'm going with the Texans

Your boys are absolutely peaking at the right time. Should be a good one.

As for a prediction, it's an odd spread, SF could control the game and still not cover. I like SF by a TD.

Very impressive turnaround from your squad this year, blown away by Love. Full disclosure, I didn't think he could play at all after the first few games, I was very wrong.

They had a ton of issues in every facet on offense.  I expected some for sure with the age of the group and 1st time starter taking the reigns.  But their turn around from that surprised me too.  Always knew he had the talent.  Always knew he was a calm guy.   Didn't know if he could read and procress quickly.  He has done a great job checking and against the blitz.

I wouldn't rule out 9ers rolling.  They do that to good teams sometimes.  Its hard vs 9ers because ok lets say chase and bosa arent affecting thr game as much as they should.  Well then they beat you with the run and timing crosses that move thr ball at will and end up with 35 pts anyway   9ers have several ways to win which is always a problem to go against.

Packers have like 2.  Purdy plays poor and turns it over.  Or Love just doesn't stop and finds a way to outscore them at thr end.

I feel even if GB plays real good on defense, 9ers still score 24 or more.  Need turnovers.

Its always an interesting matchup because Lafleur is basically Shanny light.  I have all the respect in the world for Shanny and said hes thr best coach in league for a few years now.  But they have a lot of the same foundation to their offenses.

Shanny is a tier above but also has very good vets to execute each time out.  Packers have talent.  But they have no experience.  That can get you a ways by just not knowing any better and playing free.  But experience usually comes up to bite you eventually.

The bills are beat the fock up.   Chiefs only non- participant in practice today was derrick nnadi. Bills on the other hand with 8 listed as DNP.

Bills have been getting murdered by injury.

I expect Rasul to play.  Dodson has a chance.  Taron is thr big one, never know how concussion protocol goes.  Very underrated.  Most here probably have no idea he was an all pro.  You cant just slide any guy into nickle either.   Taron is very big.  If those 3 play whatever.

Benford would be missed has played real well.  Bernard is their best LBer since Milano went down.

Gabe hurts for thr fact if this is scoring.  I like shakir a bunch but after him it gets pretty thin.  Can put kincaid at slot.  But diggs and shakir are almost slot guys already.

Bills will have to invest in an outside wr this year.  Gabe is gone.

I have much $$ interest in the 49ers but I have a feeling the Packers are that higher seed catching fire at the right time like the 5th seed Giants, 6th seed Steelers. Not saying the Pack wins it all but this wasn't the team I wanted the 49ers to face. Would have been much better, imho for Dallas to have won and San Fran be playing Tampa. Though that's not some sort of hot take... but I'd have been less worried about the winner of the 2/3 matchup between Detroit and Dallas in the NFC title game than I am about this week.

On the other side i'd like to see Baltimore/Buffalo. As great a story as CJ Stroud is, I want to see the two better QB's / overall teams facing off and I just want Taylor Swift done for the season

All year long the Packers, as a team, have demonstrated pretty low football I.Q.   The few bright ones have rained in some of the foolish mistakes and behavior lately  but they have a ways to go.

Ed Hochuli is how I know that the nfl refs are part time. They used to make a big deal out of him being a lawyer in his real job. It seems insane to me that the refs are part time employees in a multi billion dollar league.

What do you want them to do from February through August? Study?
