Says the guy who talks about "pegging" and other people's parts.

Do you even proof-read your own posts before you hit "Submit Reply"?  Or is everything a knee-jerk response with you?

How many extra chromosomes do you have? I specifically mentioned about others in here and what they post.

Get a clue with something worthwhile or we can close this conversation off

Now that you've admitted that you're into pegging, are you the top or bottom in your ghey adventures? 🌈 I'm guessing both

Oof.  Today just isn't your day.

Well, to be fair, most days just aren't your day in here.

Bud Light still reeling from ‘unforced error’ as Modelo Especial and Michelob Ultra both surpassed it

'Consumers are tired of constantly being bombarded with far-left political extremism,' Will Hild says

Fake news. Bud Light is up 25% over last year in this market.

Yeah, BL took a hit. But being up 25% is not "still reeling." Their marketing campaign has turned things around.

Also, way to show AB by switching from BL to Ultra. That'll learn 'em.

This isn’t about Anheuser Busch, it’s about Bud Light. This was very apparent from day one.

sales are up but they’re losing losing market share, interpreted this anyway you want.

Seems pretty simple to me

“Bud Light represented 6.5% of beer dollar sales in U.S. stores in the four weeks ended July 6, compared with 7.3% for Michelob Ultra and 9.7% for Modelo, according to The Wall Street Journal. In February 2023, the brand had a better than 10% of the total beer sales in U.S. retail stores. “

From the article:

“While $ sales aren’t quite back into the ‘positive’ yet, the declines for the brand have improved dramatically and Retailer support continues to improve week after week.“

I would agree shifting to the market share narrative implies the sales aren’t as bad as they used to be, which was to be expected now that they are lapping the incident, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are positive if looking at a timeframe starting with April.

Yes @Baker Boy is kinda right for once, losing market share still isn’t great.  But working in the industry, market share can be a little overrated IMO.

The only thing I need to interpret is that, in this market, July 2024 has seen a 25% increase in sales over July 2023.

BL will probably never regain it's former #1 spot but a 25% increase tells me things are heading in the right direction.

I'm sure some markets are rebounding quicker than others. That's just how things work. The hemorrhaging stopped a long time ago and sales were flat for quite some time. But that is changing.

My point is "Bud Light Still Reeling" is simply not true.

When is a long time ago?  Before April?

If one commercial with a Trannie in it makes you wanna switch from Bud Lite to Coors Lite (because thats all you can afford) .... you might be the softest of all the snowflakes Cletus.

Absolutely. I'd say late last year things flattened out. But that's the slow season for beer anyway.

Interesting.  I would have expected them to be down at least until they lapped the Mulvaney timing
