Brutal attack in Missouri leave this poor girl with a fractured skull, brain bleeding, and damage to her frontal lobe.  IF she survives she will likely be a vegetable.  AG wants to try the 15 year old animal as an adult, but as of now she has been charged for Assault in the juvenile system.  At minimum they should charge her as an adult for attempted murder, lock her up and throw away the key.  What do you think?  Should she be charged with attempted murder?
