First we can look at your initial allegation, a twitter post and a photo of a man holding a goose.  The post appears to be fake and the man holding a goose has been traced to Columbus Ohio, and there is no evidence that the man is an illegal, Hatian, or ate the goose.  This was a classic misinformation post that spread through twitter.
