Got asked to DJ a High School party - March 2025

I haven't been asked to do a non-adult gig since pre-covid. 

I can't stand today's music. I asked them to send me a list of stuff they want to hear.

If anyone was wondering, 16 is the legal age in Maskachusetts

I actually took her to their concert in SF this weekend. She had a great time and I score some serious mom points. 

I realized I am too old to stand in the gen admission area for four hours, and too old to drive home at 11pm. SF is about 2 hours away. Getting home at 1am and needing to work that day, OOF. 

It BETTER be her favorite band for all that I do for her.

Never heard of them so I Googled. Thanks alot. Those guys are considered alt rock? In my time alt rock was Nirvana, pearl jam, soundgarden etc. That is not alt rock.
