I’m the last guy who buys into conspiracy theories, and I won’t buy into one here. But this doesn’t make any sense.

I’ve been perusing talk radio. On the conservative stations, the thinking seems to be that the government is actively helping these individuals try to assassinate Donald Trump and that’s how this idiot knew where he’d be. Honestly that seems extremely unlikely to me. 

On the progressive stations, a lot of the thinking is that Trump planned this whole thing himself, was never in any danger, and THAT’S how this idiot knew where Trump would be. But that seems equally as unlikely to me, perhaps even more so. I really have trouble buying into these sorts of intricate plots no matter which side they’re from. 
 

And yet….I still don’t know how this guy knew where Trump would be. I can’t quite believe he simply guessed. So I’m stumped.

It's entirely clear what he is saying here, which is he'll do some executive orders.  For a person who claims to research stuff, I'm surprised you don't know this.  Feel free to apologize, there really isn't another intelligent response.

Your analysis would be 100% except for the fact that there’s a larger context of Trump making months worth of statements about abrogating the Constitution, throwing his enemies in prison, calling for the executions of generals, admiring strongmen like Viktor Orban, curtailing the press, etc, etc., all of the actions of a would be dictator. In each case you can find excuses and justifications as you did here. But when you examine them all together it is a very troubling pattern which you really can’t ignore unless you are deliberately determined to do so (and it kind of appears that you are.)

Another thing @jerryskids should answer: why exactly was Trump asked this question in the first place? No other Presidential candidate, Republican or Democrat, has ever been asked about wanting to be a dictator. What is it about Trump that makes this a pertinent query?

Are you listening to local, syndicated, XM,  etc?  I enjoy some good talk radio from both sides, but it’s hard to find good stuff on actual broadcast radio.  Recccomendations?

Based on the map of the course and where the shooter lied in wait it looks like once Trump reached the 6th hole green the shooter would be only 20 to 50 yards from Trump. 

Also Trump playing this course on that day was not scheduled.

Odd.  If you look up his LinkedIn he has his address posted.  Looking up the address in Google maps shows a similar house but not the one in that photo.  Still not sure if it's true or not as he didn't seem to support Biden.

He didn’t support him in 2024, not sure about 2020.  Could have been similar to Trump in that he voted for him but was disappointed after was actually in office.

Can an expert sniper really make a shot from 500 yards? That seems amazing. 

I can make a shot from 500 yards.  Expert snipers can shoot beyond 1000 yards.  Some have confirmed kills out at 1800 meteres.  I have heard of even farther.  There are reports of shots into the upper 2000 meters to the mid 3000 meters.

 

Currently I am sighted in at 400 yards as antelope season is just around the corner. (3 days away in Wyoming).
