Black cop killed in St louis by illegal person

Recommended Posts

A person can't be "illegal" - it's like saying they are "irregular" 😁

https://www.thoughtco.com/illegal-immigrants-or-undocumented-immigrants-721479

Good Reasons to Avoid the Term 'Illegal Immigrant'

"Illegal" is uselessly vague. ("You're under arrest." "What's the charge?" "You did something illegal.")

"Illegal immigrant" is dehumanizing. It defines someone who doesn't have immigration paperwork as an illegal person. This should offend everyone on its own merits, but there's also a legal, constitutional problem with defining someone as an illegal person.

It's contrary to the 14th Amendment, which affirms that neither the federal government nor state governments may "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." An undocumented immigrant has violated immigration requirements, but is still a legal person under the law, as is anyone under the jurisdiction of the law. The equal protection clause was written to prevent state governments from defining any human being as anything less than a legal person.

You are correct a person cannot be illegal, but they can be an illegal immigrant. I’m not surprised you don’t see the difference. Basically is the difference between a noun and an adjective.

So you liberals just borrowed him for your 2020 riots tour?

Since he was a cop I infer that all the normal "racism" excrement is not on the table for use, and even more so that it was a coveted illegal and not just a normal citizen....

I would say it is basicly the difference between knowing what a word means and using it properly.

Big deal:

Hardcore Troubadour killed a box of Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies last night. They found evidence all over his lips. Either that or he closed his mouth too soon on his boyfriend.

Real post though-

Obviously not good. Let him feel the full power of the US legal system ending in tying a brick around his ankle and throwing him into Lake Huron

I don't think sentencing him to polluting Lake Huron is actually a remedy under U.S. law.  Of course, since I retirerd i don't keep up on legislation as well as I once did, so maybe that is allowed.  Still, with the Lake having finally returned to health do we want to risk it?

Court records obtained by First Alert 4 showed Chavez-Rodriguez was on probation for a previous domestic assault and DWI case in St. Charles County. At the time of his last arrest, police said he was living in the country illegally.

Why wasn't he handed over to ice & deported ?

The definition of a sanctuary city.

We could just lay him face down in a gutter and pile weight on his back? I'm cool with that too.

Sorry the dude died and obviously fock the killer, but what exactly does it have to do with his immigration status?

But-for causation is typically stupid and weak by the way. Anyway with  college education knows this. Although most Trump voters are dumber than dog sh1t so I can see why you’re still pushing it :dunno:

I mean we could say but for this guy not drowning in a river when he was 15 years old, he wouldn’t have been alive to shoot the cop.

Why are we bringing in violent criminals and giving them free run of this country while they are illegals? What kind of logic is that?

This thread is about crime committed by illegal immigrants, it has nothing to do with when they got here.  Your thought process is disturbing and says a lot about who you are..

He came to our country illegally. He turned out to be a bad guy/pos. (previous domestic assault and DWI) He should have been deported immediately. He wasn't. Because of that, an officer who was assisting someone else, is dead.

Clearly you haven’t followed what happens with these arguments.  It often turns into people blaming the current administration, such as the below from a guy whose posts have been shared here, as well as from a current US Congressman
