That is weak sauce (so to speak) particularly since it was like 12 years ago, the victim is anonomous, won't go public and there were never any charges filed.

Would a teacher take a student to a concert in today’s environment?  I say no they shouldn’t.  Hell, 25 years ago when I taught it was a no no to have a student in you car, home or anywhere but school.
