For anyone that do a fish fry, we really like using Cajun seasoning mixed in with our base batter.  Drake's batter with salt, pepper and Cajun.

I’m a snob, so I don’t use blends except for Chef Paul’s Pizza & Pasta Magic.

You should be able to find him a nice garlic and rosemary blend that would be nice with chicken and potatoes.

St Elmo’s steakhouse blend is popular here in Indy and available online.

Montreal Steak seasoning is a go to.

My wife just prepped a brisket (cooking it today) with Kinder's Woodfired Garlic seasoning.

We like to support local-ish companies so we use different spices from Prescott Spice Company:

https://prescottspicecompany.com/

For a little heat we use Smokey Southwest or Chipotle Dust from there.

i often make my own, but over the years have gathered a few on my own and via presents

McCormick's grill mates: applewood, and maple bbq

they also have seasoning blends: brown sugar bourbon, chipotle garlic, smokehouse maple

kinders: chili lime, most have been good that i have tried.

A pork tenderloin with a basic home made brown sugar rub (just google that) in an air fryer is easy and so good.

Broccoli and brussel sprouts also much better air fried IMO.

The old man is going to be eating well!

I do the same for taco seasoning.  No premade packages.

I know you're gay because you have a framed poster of Asia on the wall.
