Hawkeye21 2,398 Posted December 23, 2024 Lawry's seasoning salt is a staple for me. I like to use Meat Church's Holy Cow BBQ Rub on my chicken. If he likes frozen pizza, I highly recommend Penzeys Frozen Pizza Seasoning. Made in WI. https://www.amazon.com/Frozen-Pizza-Seasoning-Penzeys-Spices/dp/B06XD2FMMW/ref=sr_1_38?crid=26R3T5K1J7426&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.e0_Bru-MCVHzOwPjcHaxqzOdtwglVPsM1IMS-ac1IZSlIwA4c7VJvWfIMBXix8beye5tYu4es74zbJ8OMvY0wTcEI1jmfTlTEtMJylyMSgUSmD9OWPmoXTJN0raxM4ECL_jdhTkhnfPSD73bipn-mrHloro_d5Ri5_Pp94FgzTlEdSPwwrCzxGY57FL6ZfD7OQK9pmwSTGovRB20sMuZCM-L_7I4fmJU9Uvt6JnqOW4HluZb2hhoEbGWWPBWK-rJ5pk7VMu7rEs80cAnlhtnhQwe8yaojdI6_-HaCxxLV4fADOeNLn1FlItQSnsqAai4LyONa9h0uHR5_9Vl1Iukt_6yw0hyvtln07msHbLsqcQiiEq3gmQGm_VxOQA2zK4QYW73waGrhulr9s1EWphfscrrZaxgzT3rZArdf4NcgX8elRB3yvRerftaD9hCeiF4.HTfCASTbjtJ-azVsVhZzRfoUAxjxwC-cIAP-IFp__AU&dib_tag=se&keywords=penzeys+spices+and+seasonings&qid=1734963846&sprefix=penzeys%2Caps%2C102&sr=8-38

Alias Detective 1,396 Posted December 23, 2024 Cavender’s Greek on chicken is phenomenal!
The Phantom's Phantom 254 Posted December 23, 2024 Adobo on chicken is fire. Also kinders the blend is great on most everything. I make my own rub out of paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar that goes with most everything.
Fireballer 2,641 Posted December 23, 2024 Danos, Cavenders already mentioned. Stale Cracker has some good ones. I sprinkle 2 step Fire on most things.
Hawkeye21 2,398 Posted December 23, 2024 For anyone that do a fish fry, we really like using Cajun seasoning mixed in with our base batter. Drake's batter with salt, pepper and Cajun.
MLCKAA 566 Posted December 23, 2024 I’m a snob, so I don’t use blends except for Chef Paul’s Pizza & Pasta Magic. You should be able to find him a nice garlic and rosemary blend that would be nice with chicken and potatoes. St Elmo’s steakhouse blend is popular here in Indy and available online. jerryskids 6,746 Posted December 23, 2024 Montreal Steak seasoning is a go to. My wife just prepped a brisket (cooking it today) with Kinder's Woodfired Garlic seasoning. We like to support local-ish companies so we use different spices from Prescott Spice Company: https://prescottspicecompany.com/ For a little heat we use Smokey Southwest or Chipotle Dust from there. Bier Meister 1,690 Posted December 23, 2024 i often make my own, but over the years have gathered a few on my own and via presents McCormick's grill mates: applewood, and maple bbq they also have seasoning blends: brown sugar bourbon, chipotle garlic, smokehouse maple kinders: chili lime, most have been good that i have tried. thegeneral 3,135 Posted December 23, 2024 A pork tenderloin with a basic home made brown sugar rub (just google that) in an air fryer is easy and so good. Broccoli and brussel sprouts also much better air fried IMO. The old man is going to be eating well!
