No, she's not.  Not even the pundits on the left are saying that other than Joy Reid and Rachel Maddow.  She's as dumb as a box of rocks.

We avoided a bullet by Trump winning.

Also, thanks for proving my point above.  You lefties weren't even given a chance on who you wanted to run either - you were just told to vote for her.

Yep.  Liberals do what they're told with no logical thinking required.  Just press the button for the candidate we tell you to vote for.

You are probably right, given the amount of "buyer's remorse" we have been seeing so far, which only has to get worse as Elon keeps running amok while the economy looks like it will fall off a cliff.

Two messages for Democrats:

1. We are against tariffs.
2. We will protect Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Run on that platform we win easy.

Wasn't abortion for all the magic bullet that was going to get any Democrat who chose to run against Trump elected?    What happened to that?

Which, of course, is hilarious considering y'all said the exact same thing this last election.

After losing $3,500, then welching, because Joe was going to be the nominee no matter what.

They thought someone with dementia could debate Trump.

It's been the biggest generator of Dem motivation and since Republicans aren't touching it at the national level, hopefully it'll fade, and they'll lose their one popular talking point.

"buyer's remorse"

The left just makes sh#t up and repeats it enough time to convince themselves it's true despite ALL evidence to the contrary.  It's like clockwork.  Almost as if they are getting their orders from someplace to repeat the same stuff.

Lol....Not surprisingly you follow morons on X.  That is some creative word pooping there. Biden had a much worse than a net -2 approval rating.  I have never seen polling results spun that badly in a web of lies.

Here is how Newsweek reported his polling:

Donald Trump Approval Rating Update Today: President Gets Good News

President Donald Trump has received a boost in his approval ratings, with recent polls showing positive shifts in public perception.

Why It Matters

Trump's approval rating is a key indicator of his political strength as he navigates his second presidential term and prepares for future policy battles.

A shift in his numbers could influence support from Republican lawmakers, affect his ability to push through his agenda and shape the political landscape heading into the midterm election cycle.

What To Know

Rasmussen's daily poll tracker shows that Trump's approval rating has increased by 1 point since yesterday, from 50 percent to 51 percent. Meanwhile, his disapproval rating has decreased by 1 point, from 48 to 47 percent. That gives him a net approval rating of +4 points.

That is in line with Newsweek's tracker, which today shows that Trump's approval rating stands at 49 percent, while his disapproval also stands at 49 percent. That means that the president's approval rating has increased by 1 point since yesterday, but his disapproval rating has remained the same.

Why are liberals even responding to this thread? Your party is universally despised.

You have no talent to speak of, your party is an embarrassment and that is reflected in every poll. Whatever you think of Trump, he's polling way ahead of anything you have to offer.

:dunno:

He uses a variety of techniques to obtain his sample, not just land lines and he consistently gets samples which match the demographics of the state.  The moron pollsters that get widely quote on the media have samples which clearly skews their data towards Democrats.

Personally I don’t care about current polls. I base my analysis of the elections of 2026 and 2028 on the following simple factors:

1. The tariffs haven’t really kicked in yet. They will after April, and a few months after that the public will begin to feel the impact. That’s when Trump’s numbers will truly start to crash.
2. Once the tariffs start it will be very difficult to undo the damage. The pain will last us for years: higher prices for everything, an economic recession, higher unemployment. This in turn will ensure Democratic victories in 2026 and 2028.
3. The New Democrats coming in will not be to my liking. The public will be pissed off and ready to accept radical solutions. Look for leftists like AOC to win against establishment Democrats and against Republicans.

This is what I think is going to happen. Keep in mind that I don’t want this to happen. While I will be glad when the MAGA movement is finally defeated, I would prefer not to have to see this country suffer pain in order to achieve that. I would much rather be wrong about the tariffs, or have Trump change his mind and not pursue the tariffs, even if it meant Republicans stay in control for the next decade. The tariffs are going to be awful for all of us. And I would rather have a somwwhat centrist Democratic Party (at least economically speaking) that is pro-business than see socialists take it over.

I love watching this guy suffer. Trump's victory is the greatest.

Greatest president ever in every way. Not only is he fixing America, he is destroying the disease called liberalism.

And oh, hey Timmy, at least glad to see you calling for "higher employment" and that democrats will hate that. That's probably the only thing you are right about.

The winning keeps rolling on.

Somehow China, Mexico, and Canada have survived putting high tariffs on our goods without all the catastrophic economic impacts you believe will happen.  The US had a long history of using tariffs prior to the great depression.  Smoot-Hawley was only a minor tweek to our tarrif policy and is absurd to suggest it caused the great depression⁰.   The impact of tarrifs will be minor and many of the negative impacts will be offset by positive impacts like the relocation of production to the US.  The ultimate goal is to negotiate fairer tariffs so we can compete on a level playing field.

There are no wings to the Democratic Party. It is all full on board with big government deep state authoritarianism.  Gavin Newsome is trying to put on a moderate face, but everyone knows what he stands for and what he has done to California.  The Democrat Party is the party of the deep state:

- open borders

- bad trade deals pushing production to 3rd world countries

- federal government control of media, speech, energy, food, mass surveillance, health care, education

- DEI/wokism/trannies

- destruction of the family and Christianity

- abortion and global population reduction

- racial division.

- global governance through the use of war and foreign aid which is mostly leftist strong-arming

- a justice system which is based on politics

That is what the Democrats are.  It is a vile movement controled by elitists which a thinking human-being should reject.

The massive election interference of the deep state apparatus is the biggest scandal in American history.  In recent years, the election interference against Trump has been  by far the more open.  Using FISA warrants as a guise to spy on the Trump campaign.  The Steele dossier.  The Russia collusion Hoax.  Directing big tech to censor pro-Trump stories.   And the massive amount of lawfare against Trump all had deep state fingerprints all over them.  Watergate was an absolute nothingburger compared to the crap that has been going on lately.  And yes Watergate was a deep state setup to take down Nixon.

Trump will make a big dent into tge deep state, but the corruption will outlive Trump and it's assault on American values will go on.

I wish breaking up big tech was an important issue like during the 2016 cycle. Trumps magnum opus would be splitting up Meta, Google.

Bill Maher admitting that Trump is intelligent and very conscious of what's going on. Like we tried to tell you liberals, your idea that Trump is an idiot and crazy are wrong. When you approach his actions from that point of view, it skews the way you see what he does. Which makes you wrong. A lot.

As a registered Democrat in the formerly great state of NY, I actually get polled from time to time. The one the other day was about AOC and if I thought favorably of her. I gave her a glowing endorsement and then I was asked if I would vote for her in the democratic primary for senate.  Yes! God I hope she does.

If Trump isn’t stupid then he’s deliberately damaging our economy, both short and long term. Simply in order to satisfy his own ego. I don’t think that’s better.

You are lying to yourself to feel better for some reason. He's not destroying our economy. You are way too short sighted here. It's about the long term gains.

They don’t need to split up MSM they just need to bring back the fairness doctrine, not sure if you’ve heard of it, but this is one of the defining moments where things went wrong:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairness_doctrine

If you split them up without implementing the fairness doctrine it’ll just end up the same it is now in a few decades. The fairness doctrine cuts the actual cancer out.
