Maybe @donhaascan show him where all the top ghey clubs are.

Also, congrats on sending a kid to college!  Why did he choose it, and what does he plan to study?

Congrats, that’s a great school.

It's no better than the in state schools where he lives. Which means, dumb decision unless the kid is paying his own way or is on full scholarship.

Awesome!  Both the major and the band.  What instrument does he play?  Wisconsin has one of the best/best known bands in the nation, that would be a phenomenal experience.

I think you are right about Sho, although in my mind he lived in Tennessee? last I knew.  But he might have gone there.  Donhaas for sure.  I'll try to think of others.

That's where my daughter went.

Is she a liberal right now?  If not, just prepare yourself for the indoctrination that goes on at these campuses.

Hmm... sax projects more volume of course which is good for band, but that is a lot of weight and brass to carry around on a freezing Wisconsin field.  I'd stick with clarinet.

  Sorry.  For some reason I thought you said "daughter" when you had, indeed, used "son".

Hopefully he still stays a male after attending Madison.  They are absolute zealots over there.  He might even come back as a member of the Communist Party too.

I toured there in 1984, but I remember it had a gorgeous campus.

That's awesome man, congrats to you and your son.

I had a philosophy professor in college who was from there.  Huge Badgers fan, pretty good guy.  I used to have football tickets up there for my business.

I had good times there.  Perhaps too good.

Very common issue among many of the alums.
