Carolina getting a great Wr feels wrong.

Don't worry.  They didn't.

I'm glad to see lots of the teams needing O line help are wising up and taking O line guys.

Loveland is Isaiah Likely 2.0

I'm shocked they passed on Omarion Hampton or Warren.

I agree. It's never a bad idea to beef up the offensive line.

Agree. They're the right picks, not sexy but right

My Dolphins desperately need o-line help... but Jalen Ramsey wants a trade, so we'll almost certainly be drafting CB Will Johnson.

go fish   :(

How about DL Kenneth Grant.

for sure.

you look at all the playoff teams.   all but a couple seem to dominate play on the line.

this is truly where its at.   I know the giants need o line help, but they also need D line help so I dont mind their pick so much.  Though arguably you could say they need help everywhere and you wouldnt be wrong lol

Don't have to cover Wrs when you're sacking the Qb!

TE Tyler Warren to Colts.... might help Richardson's accuracy.

Richardson took a time out after the pick to catch his breath

#3 Giants took Abdul Carter edge rusher, which is probably a fine pick. Gotta wonder though if the coach and GM weren't in win-now or lose your jobs situation, would they have taken a Qb?  I mean clearly they'll need one eventually.

It's been speculated that some teams might not want Sanders partly because Coach Prime might eventually steal whichever coach's job.

Panthers are dysfunctional and took yet another bust.  What's surprising about that?

I like what they did there.  What better way to get people to stop talking about the Bryce Young blunder than to make a worse 1st round pick.

Supposedly a slot-Wr.  Fantasy wise, might not amount to much this year with all the target competition.

Giants trade up to get QB Jaxson Dart. Shedeur :bench:

Why do I get the feeling he'll end up in Dallas?

Abdul Carter and Jaxson Dart, and all it cost was pick 99, not a bad night at all…

Reasonable trade ...  Dart can sit back for a year and learn (supposedly needs to work on his progressions).

On the flip side, the Falcons gave up next year's 1st rounder in a desperate win-now attempt. The coach and GM pushed all their chips in.

Another Geno Smith situation?  From a potential #1 overall pick to 3rd round?

Well, I think his dad has influenced this a lot.   I dont know that I'd want the kid if his dads gonna be constantly in my ear about how he should be used.

And based on some of the public comments I think thats exactly how this is gonna play out.    Unless you want his old man coming in to coach your team, you dont wanna spend a first rounder on the kid.

but if he goes in round 2 or 3 that may be less of a problem.   Teams are far more willing to walk from a 2nd  or 3rd rounder than a first.   it eliminates some of the gong show that could happen if the kid is taken early in round 1.

Najee Harris has some competition...

I figured they would take a RB in round 1 or 2.   this will likely be a committee.    At least for this next year.   but its definitely possible Hampton could win the starting gig outright.

For the Chargers, it’s a RBBC.

Hunter is fantastic, but giving up the 36th pick and next years #1 to move up 3 spots is a big overpay

Agree you only do that to land a QB.  But Hunter will be very good.

I could see it.  IF the GM and HC think they got a WR1 and DB1 in that one player.  One .. write-up that I saw, identified him as being that; I guess he has really "fluid" hips.

Egbuka was highly regarded.  Might be the GM doing the old "draft the best player available, regardless of position."  ALSO: neither of TB's starting-2 WRs are .. spring chickens.

Eagles won the draft, again!

Another brilliant Howie Roseman pick!

@MDC Let's go!

Continuing to take Def players from the only conference that really matters isn’t a bad strategy.  You’d think the rest of the league would have caught on by now!

well, another defender to add to an already very good defense.

cant argue with that.    but then again, the whole team was pretty good to begin with ;)

either way, the fact they won the superbowl and actually still own their own first round pick should scare a few teams.

if they nail this pick, that defense will be even better.

It's more of a move for the future. They didn't necessarily need a LB but he was definitely the best player available on their board. Their depth is just insane on defense. Another great pick by Roseman.

In the late 2nd round, the Denver Broncos selected UCF Rb RJ Harvey.

Experts I respect say put Harvey on your fantasy radar immediately.  Steps in as the lead Rb for a team that loves to dump it off and this kid can catch as well as run like hell.
