Just 3 of the 10 states have a population that’s 30% or more black (Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi with Mississippi the highest at 37%).

Two are between 17-20% (Tennessee and Arkansas).

The rest include Indiana (11%), Kentucky (8%), Oklahoma (7%), and Iowa (5%).  The fattest state, West Virginia, is just 4% black.

(National average is 14%)

Eyeballing the numbers, there would have to be like 50-60% black populations in those states to account for the Delta over average.  RacistKid just trolling.
