squistion 2,216 Posted Friday at 04:27 PM I hated the original of Cats In The Cradle, haven't listened yet to Ugly Kid Joe's version, but it can't be much worse IMO. I'll have to think about this topic, I generally don't save awful cover songs in my online music archives, but I'll see what I got... In the meantime, the readers of Rolling Stone came up with their own top 10 worst cover songs of all time list. https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-lists/rolling-stone-readers-choose-the-worst-cover-songs-of-all-time-12882/10-william-shatner-lucy-in-the-sky-with-diamonds-155039/

I hated it too. He has some great songs, but this one makes me cringe.

squistion 2,216 Posted Saturday at 09:15 PM Elva Ruby Miller, who recorded under the name Mrs. Miller, was an American singer who gained some fame in the 1960s for her series of shrill and off-tempo renditions of popular songs such as "Moon River", "Monday, Monday", "A Lover's Concerto" and "Downtown". An untrained mezzo-soprano, she sang in a heavy, vibrato-laden style. Miller's voice was compared to the sound of "roaches scurrying across a trash can lid."
