I think congressional lines should be drawn by county, with it divided by population when more than one is needed per county

Did you not notice that CA is graded F for competitiveness? It simply is noting that the lines in CA are not drawn in a hyper-partisan way. Obviously CA has more liberals than conservatives.

I did not start the thread, Gutter did.  You were accusing him of calling out Republicans as “worse.” Since he is generally considered here to be on the left, by calling him out I’d argue you were calling out his “side.”

But since you’re listening, are you going to answer in the Hamas thread to provide the source of your claim that 15-25% of Muslims are radical, as well as what the definition of radical is?  Thanks in advance.

I remember when the Democrats in WI created an "Independent" Elections Board and then stocked it with all liberals.  And a group of "Independent" judges to draw legislative maps and turns out they were all Democrats and liberals there too.  

Pro-Tip: If a board, commission or any group of people call themselves "Independent", you can be 100% guaranteed they are absolutely the furthest thing from "independent".  This is one of those "in name only" things that malicious users try to use to bolster their argument by including the word "independent".  Please.
