The only reason he gets away with it in CA is that he owns the state Supreme Court, which would not be the case as President thanks to Trump. Some PGE customers have bills that went from $100/month to over $500/month after they passed their expense onto rate payers. Guess who Gavin's biggest donors are? Edison and PGE.
