WTF happened to our 572 page Covid thread?  Did Hackboy get it deleted so as to remove the evidence of how many times he was wrong about Covid?  Anyways, turns out those useless masks we all had to wear for a couple of years are a problem:

I have a few. I bought re-useable/washable ones, and then we still have some disposable. We also have a box of N-95s, but don't use them really, and didn't use them during Covid. 

I will admit that I will wear a mask when I go to the doctor's office for a clinic visit. If I am sitting around a bunch of coughing and hacking people, I don't want their crud. I know it doesn't help as much as we think, and handwashing is still the best way to avoid illness.

I still have a bunch from working in the hospital. I use them when I get sick, do some woodworking or demo in a dirty environment. It's amazing how much crap they filter out that would normally go into your lungs.

One of my brother-in-law wears a mask any time he goes out...  He does so he hopefully won't get sick and take home something that could be very dangerous to his daughter's health...
