I bought a farm raised organic turkey once.  It was terrible.  And I'm a good snob.  Shady brook turkey is fine

I like to think my bird spent a good life free ranging around a nice farm with some other lucky birds and took a nice nap before it was whacked for me to eat.

Just Mrs General and me this year so doing just a breast and a bunch of sides (stuffing with spicy sausage hell yes!). Love Thanksgiving!

I host for ~25.  I do 3 birds.  2 brined and smoked, 1 dry brined oven roasted.    I can get all 3 for $50

No way. Those free range turkeys are there just living life. Thinking things are great and then bam dinner.

This is the first year it’s just the luckiest girl in the world and me  for Thanksgiving . We are going out for dinner but shes making a turkey breast, stuffing etc for sandwiches

I have free Turkey from the grocery store and don't want it and don't feel like cooking it. Stuffing is the best and all care about and I make some good ones. We usually just get a Turkey breast but thet are getting pricey the last couple years.

Stuffing really is the best. A little gravy and mashed potatoes as well.

Remove the fruit, a little extra sausage. So good.
