Reports were week 15 he was healthy enough to play. But they held him out one more week just to make sure. So with Green 36 yards away from another 1,000 yard season do you feel confident starting him? I have been plugging in Anderson (But is Fitz back now), Boyd, or Pryor (Who is now hurt himself)

So I can really use AJ in our Superbowl. Thoughts?

Greens match up in his first game back is a tough one against the Texans.

 

I'd be more inclined to go with Jeffery over Green, but Norman does worry me. And we are talking about Barkley here. I expect the Redskins defense to play a lot better this week.

Last I heard was Baldwin. But it definitely wasn't 100% confirmation. Especially since Baldwin plays in the slot a lot. That's definitely something I'll look out for. Jeffery will probably go in his place.

Doug Martin was out for a similar time period after he first tore his hamstring way back early in the season and when he came back he re-injured tore his hamstring worse. I'm planning to bench or cut AJ Green.

I have to decide between Green and D Thomas for my 2nd (ODB #1) WR. Thinking I'll go with for-sure health in DT, plus guys on ESPN were saying today that Cincy guys have given up-they wouldn't play anyone off that team on their fantasy team.

I think that the big challenge is that AJ plays at 8:25 on Saturday night, after most of the other games. If they have him warm up or he gets hurt in warm-ups, then you are sitting with a big fat zero at that slot.

 

He is high risk right now.

But what does a Friday practice really mean the day before a game? Probably a walk through. Still not sure I'm starting him. Very conflicted.

I'll chime in even though I've been eliminated. If I was in it I would probably play him because a lot of my guys are banged up. If I had a solid floor player to start over him I would bench Green. I think he'll get a handful of catches but I'd be surprised if he had 80 yatds.

 

Good luck...for keeper sake I just hope he doesn't hurt something else in attempt to not reinjure hammy.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Bengals are not "so sure" A.J. Green (hamstring) will play Week 16 against the Texans.

This is about as wishy-washy as a report gets, suggesting Green's status is truly up in the air. The receiver has been adamant about playing this week and was listed as a full participant on Friday, but it does not make any sense for the Bengals to allow Green to play at anything less than 100 percent. This is a tricky situation for fantasy owners with the Bengals playing on Saturday night. Green's upside is worth taking it to game time, but his owners need to come up with contingency plans.
