$epphori$ 118 Posted December 20, 2016 Reports were week 15 he was healthy enough to play. But they held him out one more week just to make sure. So with Green 36 yards away from another 1,000 yard season do you feel confident starting him? I have been plugging in Anderson (But is Fitz back now), Boyd, or Pryor (Who is now hurt himself) So I can really use AJ in our Superbowl. Thoughts?
cousinal111 57 Posted December 20, 2016 If all signs remain that he's playing than I play him for sure over those other options.
Eaglessb 12 Posted December 20, 2016 I lost the championship game last year playing cooper with an injury. I have to decide between AJ, Britt(bad qb sitution great matchup), and Inman
weepaws 2,460 Posted December 20, 2016 I would play Green if he's able to go.
Patriotsfatboy1 1,432 Posted December 20, 2016 Not sure yet on that one. I have him or DJax that I will consider for that spot. Diggs and T Williams are
Brutal Brutus 182 Posted December 20, 2016 Brown is my #1 then I have to pick two out of Green, Alshon, Moncrief, K. Benjamin, and M. Mitchell. I'll probably put Green in one spot if he's healthy. Alshon has a tough match up so I'm leaning Mitchell as my 3rd as of now.
weepaws 2,460 Posted December 20, 2016 Skins can't cover. Go with Jeffery. And I'm not a fan of his. Merry Christmas.
BobSanders_33 127 Posted December 21, 2016 Skins can't cover. Go with Jeffery. And I'm not a fan of his. Merry Christmas. But will Norman shadow Alshon? Is Norman still a feared matchup?
thePRO 78 Posted December 21, 2016 Call me crazy, but I'm sitting Green and Jeffery for guys like Ginn Jr. and Lockett. Keep in mind that I receive a point for every 10 return yards. Greens match up in his first game back is a tough one against the Texans. I'd be more inclined to go with Jeffery over Green, but Norman does worry me. And we are talking about Barkley here. I expect the Redskins defense to play a lot better this week.

thePRO 78 Posted December 21, 2016 As far as Lockett goes, do you know if Peterson is playing on him or Baldwin? Last I heard was Baldwin. But it definitely wasn't 100% confirmation. Especially since Baldwin plays in the slot a lot. That's definitely something I'll look out for. Jeffery will probably go in his place.
weepaws 2,460 Posted December 21, 2016 The Norman issue is a very good one. I still would roll with Jeffery.
jerryskids 5,206 Posted December 21, 2016 I'll probably sit Green for Tate and Cooks. Not convinced it is worth the risk given good options. Will monitor as the games approach tho, as I've got a tough finals matchup.
Kent 228 Posted December 21, 2016 AJ has had a long time off. If he plays he might actually be 100%
Gepetto 987 Posted December 22, 2016 Doug Martin was out for a similar time period after he first tore his hamstring way back early in the season and when he came back he re-injured tore his hamstring worse. I'm planning to bench or cut AJ Green.
jerryskids 5,206 Posted December 22, 2016 I'm afraid he'll play to get his 1000 yards then sit.
Marshall 98 Posted December 22, 2016 I'm afraid he'll play to get his 1000 yards then sit. That seems a valid fear.
huskyhater75 242 Posted December 22, 2016 I have to decide between Green and D Thomas for my 2nd (ODB #1) WR. Thinking I'll go with for-sure health in DT, plus guys on ESPN were saying today that Cincy guys have given up-they wouldn't play anyone off that team on their fantasy team. Patriotsfatboy1 1,432 Posted December 22, 2016 I think that the big challenge is that AJ plays at 8:25 on Saturday night, after most of the other games. If they have him warm up or he gets hurt in warm-ups, then you are sitting with a big fat zero at that slot. He is high risk right now.
weepaws 2,460 Posted December 22, 2016 If Green is ready to go I would diffently start him. Just hard to say if he's diffently ready to play .

Patriotsfatboy1 1,432 Posted December 22, 2016 Struggling with whether or not to sit him for D-Jax! I think that I am going to fire up DJax. AJ Green is too risky for me at this point. He is one play away from shutting it down. The team has nothing to play for. He may play for 36 yards and then sit on the

bwillingham 0 Posted December 23, 2016 I am debating between AJ Green and Cooks for the championship game. My opponent has Brees as his QB so I am leaning towards Brooks. Thoughts?
Fantasy Bum 1 Posted December 23, 2016 Practiced in full! I am playing him for sure now! Wouldn't be able to live with it if he goes off on my bench.
Kent 228 Posted December 23, 2016 Practiced in full! I am playing him for sure now! Wouldn't be able to live with it if he goes off on my bench. But what does a Friday practice really mean the day before a game? Probably a walk through. Still not sure I'm starting him. Very conflicted.
cousinal111 57 Posted December 24, 2016 I'll chime in even though I've been eliminated. If I was in it I would probably play him because a lot of my guys are banged up. If I had a solid floor player to start over him I would bench Green. I think he'll get a handful of catches but I'd be surprised if he had 80 yatds. Good luck...for keeper sake I just hope he doesn't hurt something else in attempt to not reinjure hammy.

cousinal111 57 Posted December 24, 2016 ugh, green or Tyrell Williams... both are risky..both could have that one big play that wins me the championship. Go Green! I think Tyrell is more banged up than AJ. Tyrell has 8 catches, 125 yards & 1 TD in 3 games since injury.
$epphori$ 118 Posted December 24, 2016 Now they are saying AJ may NOT play. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Bengals are not "so sure" A.J. Green (hamstring) will play Week 16 against the Texans. This is about as wishy-washy as a report gets, suggesting Green's status is truly up in the air. The receiver has been adamant about playing this week and was listed as a full participant on Friday, but it does not make any sense for the Bengals to allow Green to play at anything less than 100 percent. This is a tricky situation for fantasy owners with the Bengals playing on Saturday night. Green's upside is worth taking it to game time, but his owners need to come up with contingency plans. Brandon LaFell is the obvious option, but receivers like Eli Rogers, Will Fuller, and Anquan Boldin could work in a pinch.
