What factors are desirable to arrest dangerous or potentially dangerous felons? 1. Locate them 2. Secure a controlled perimeter around them so they may not escape or obtain aid against apprehension and to protect innocent bystanders. 3. Surprise so they can be taken into custody before they have time to arm themselves and resist. 4. Communication and coordination so that #3 can be achieved What do ICE "Protestors" do? They interfere with #'s 2, 3, and 4, above. They put themselves in harms way expecting that those they oppose will divert energy, resources, and attention from the task at hand to protect them. They alert the fugitive through their racket as surely and almost effectively as one of the fugitive's confederates acting as a lookout. They hamper communication and coordination by literally drowning out communication with their racket. These acts are not protesting the actions of law enforcement, they are actively opposing them. They are interfering, obstructing. They are actually endangering law enforcement and their own communities as well if their actions allow a felon to pick up arms and flee into the very community maybe they have already victimized. If you oppose government actions or policy please feel free to speak out publicly to try to get a discussion going on changing policy or law. Petition your government peacefully for redress of grievances by writing or calling your elected representatives or filing suit in the courts. Run for office. Hold teach ins. Even engage in civil disobedience and passive resistence, but do not interfere with ongoing arrest operations of you don't know who or how dangerous while those operations are ongoing. After the fact feel free to share video you quietly took form a safe distance. Make inquiries and observe what process is then given. Trail the law enforcement to where they are detaining the fugitive. Seek writs of habeas corpus to determine the fugitives fate and to secure their rights. But alerting dangerous men to an impending armed arrest, ungood and I would argue illegal.

Because it was a safe place to live before ICE showed up.

Looks like ICE screwed up again. Video seems to show one agent repeatedly saying "He's got a gun, he's got a gun, he's got a gun." It was a holstered gun and multiple agents had the guy on the ground. Another agent pulls the gun from the guy's holster, and a different agent shoots him in the back several times. I'm MAGA, but I call it as I see it. However, these people should not be alerted or revved up to protest, disrupt, or block ICE efforts and actions. This is all caused by Democrats wanting illegals in our country and then just wanting to oppose Trump. Really doesn't make sense why any US citizen, or Democratic politicians want illegals in our country, unless it's just purely for votes -> winning elections ---> power. Democrat US citizens are too stupid to know this and think they just have a soft heart for all people in the world.

I went shooting today. Prior to getting there I saw a moose, a herd of buffalo(captive), a herd of Big Horn Sheep, a coyote and several tourists stuck in snow banks. I watched the Bronocs lose and then drove home fascinated by seeing ICE protestors out in the cold. Not a bad way to spend a day. Some choose to spend the day in here.

Over a million in Texas, why aren’t they there? I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again if needed: this ICE show has NOTHING to do with enforcing immigration law. Announcing the surge ahead of time gave the dangerous criminals time to get out of Dodge. That’s why they are arresting legal immigrants, children, and murdering citizens in the streets.

MAGA fans are so dependent on RW media to tell them what to think that they constantly accuse others of the same thing. No, what you’re experiencing is people who think for themselves and therefore don’t agree with the party line you are constantly parroting. When I see something mentioned by MAGA fans here, I check r/conservative or Fox News or recent GOP statements… and I find the same stuff, often word for word.

https://x.com/SilenceDamned/status/2015419369979863223 From James Hodge on Facebook “One man shoved a woman to the ground. Another man stepped in to protect the woman. The man who shoved the woman then pepper sprayed the man trying to protect her. The guy who shoved the woman continued to pepper spray them both and the man who stepped in tried to use his body as a shield to protect the woman. The guy who shoved the woman then started trying to drag the man shielding the woman away. The woman shoving man failed to drag the man shielding the woman so several more men jumped in to stop the man from shielding the woman. The woman shover and his friends then stomped, punched, and kicked the man who had been trying to shield the woman. As they assaulted him they realized the shielding man had a holstered gun. The shielding man fought to get free to protect the woman, but never reached for his gun. One of the stomping men grabbed the shielding man’s gun and cleared himself before a single shot was fired. The other men then, after he had been disarmed, shot the shielding man ten or more times despite never having reached for his gun and after he’d already been disarmed." That is exactly what happened. A man was murdered for trying to protect a woman who’d been assaulted. He wasn’t a terrorist, he was a hero. He was the one protecting someone and he was gunned down for doing what any decent man should do when he sees a woman being assaulted. Alex Pretti died a hero. Alex Pretti exemplified the best of America and was murdered for it. If you have any honor, any love for your country, and basic human decency, you will applaud the Alex Pretti and condemn the men who murdered him.”

Too bad. The American people voted for these people to get out. You’re clearly saying you don’t care about what the will of the Americans want. You just want your own policy and you’re willing to be violent to do it. We asked you to pick them up and ICE would grab them from jails. You didn’t want to do that. You then didn’t want police to help. So cry me a river that they are making a racket when this is exactly what you brought on. Virtually almost all of the problems we have come from nine cities. Guess what they all have in common.

You can read the stories of mandatory minimums and 3 strikes laws gone wrong. Or not if you don’t want to. We don’t agree on this, which is fine.

Glad to hear it. I was just thinking back to the original “say her name” girl Breonna Taylor who they first told us was a nurse. She wasn’t. Just a drug dealers assistant.

This. Partisans from every side are guilty of hyperbolic statements and labels, which is unfortunate, but a fact. It makes it easy to disregard such claims. But we've crossed the rubicon now. Fascism has come to the US, wrapped in the flag and holding a cross.

Driving back from Grand Lake I passed through Fraser Colorado around 4:30. My truck thermometer read 9 degrees. It was snowing hard. The Bronco game had just ended. At a signal light controlled intersection there were maybe 12 to 15 persons standing on each of the four corners hold signs reading ICE Out! We Stand with Minnesota, and Fu(k Trump.

Comparison to Current Surges If you are following the news in your home state or the surrounding region, it's worth noting the scale difference: Operation Midway (Chicago): Hundreds of agents. Operation Metro Surge (Minneapolis): Approximately 3,000 federal agents (nearly 5 times the size of the Midway deployment).

What Party currently controls the presidency and Congress? This is Trump’s America. Blaming democrats for the actions of your own guy is as brainless as it gets.

All organic and unorganized. Just random comrades scratching together pocket change for meager rations. If there was an organization that existed that starts and ends with “A”, they would be neck deep in this. But it’s fake.
