Zarqawi in Iraq? Must have been someone else, because I thought the insurgents were brave Iraqi farmers defending their country from the U.S. evil empire.

I thought we only did this kind of stuff on the eve of an election? oh well. And here's what his people had to say about his death:

"The death of our leaders is life for us. It will only increase our persistence in continuing holy war so that the word of God will be supreme."

LOL.

The cunning part was luring him into the Dateline NBC house with promises of wild sex with an underage camel.

Somewhere, in another plane of existance, 70 men are raping this assbag's assh0le.

I don't suppose there are any remaining body parts we can desecrate? I'm thinking putting whatever is left on a big skewer along with a bunch of pig flesh, roasting it all over an open fire and serving pulled pork and Zarqawi sammiches to the families of dead soldiers and civilians.

Oh, and before you ask - yes, Wonder Woman would TOATLLY recommend the same thing, so get of my case.

This is no big deal. There will be another one to take his place.

Aside from a totally defeatist attitude, it is also not true to a large degree. Many of these leaders have a charisma that these scumbags want to follow. That is not easily replaced. In addition, they have a very limited communication chain with the rest of the scumbags that is not like a business Org chart. It is not easy for the next guy to know what everyone else is doing.

This is a huge blow to the d1ckwads out there trying to kill us.

Rumour is they are gonna take his corpse to a Neckar race to see how 'necks treat it.

Yeah, what's up with the frame and the matte? Is someone going to put this over their fireplace after the news conference? Kinda poor taste, no matter who is in the photo.

It would have been better if the pilot that dropped the bomb was holding him up by his hair and smiling like a Hunting Magazine photo entry.

Whaaaa? Poor taste? Its evidence that a criminal mastermind is dead and a planned deterent to his cohorts. Give it a rest.

Maybe there was an open print and frame shop next door with a quick turnaround.

Hopefully this will put a serious dent in the insurgency, though I get the feeling someone else will fill in the vaccum and keep things relatively the same. It isn't hard to find people willing to blow themselves up over there.

It is always good to have hope. But remember, the capture of Saddam, the death of his sons, were all supposed to slow things down too, and look how well that turned out. It's hard to imagine this not helping though.

Good news. I hope he suffered.

They said they dropped two 500-pound bombs on his house. I'm just surprised there is anything left of the bastard.

Who is going to find them? Think about the history and training of Zarqawi. He is irreplacable. Sure somebody could take over his role, but with limited knowledge and little organization.

One of the best things about this is that it came about at least partially because of tips from Iraqi civilians. Hopefully that means they are wising up to the fact that these AQ fockers don't give a rat's ass about Iraq and are only interested in continuing to create as much strife and unrest as they can.

Bush is starting to scare me. He warns us that this is a great but single step in moving forward, AND he declares that "deportation just ain't gonna work?" Maybe he should have stopped listening to Cheney a long time ago...
