Gratefulegg1973 261 Posted October 25, 2010 Ray Rice over Gore, Mendy, etc Matt Schaub over Rivers. Cutler over a kicker
jocstrap 8 Posted October 25, 2010 CJ2k as my keeper followed by DeAngelo Williams, then Ryan Grant. RB-RB-RB I'll be 4-3 after this weekend.
Matt Mueller 146 Posted October 25, 2010 In my big money 12 teamer league, CJ Spiller, round 4. Fail! Don't feel too bad. Someone took him in the 2nd in one of my leagues.

Grateful Parrot 0 Posted October 25, 2010 2nd round pick D'Will has been an absolute bust for me. I would think on his name, I could trade his sorry a$$. No takers, and too good to throw back on the wire. Ugh....screw me.
MDC 7,408 Posted October 25, 2010 2nd round pick D'Will has been an absolute bust for me. I would think on his name, I could trade his sorry a$$. No takers, and too good to throw back on the wire. Ugh....screw me. That's my worst too. Taking MJD at 6 overall hasn't worked out so well either. 5-2 and leading my league in total points though - thank you White, Gates, McCoy, Bradshaw, and Rapistburger! Saints1 4 Posted October 25, 2010 Auction draft. First 2 RBs. D'angelo and Ryan Matthews
BingoBrown 8 Posted October 25, 2010 Auction Draft ($200 total) RB Fail: Ryan Mathews - $26 Pierre Thomas - $19 Justin Forsett - $19 (Late in the draft, got into a bidding war with the only other guy who had cash left) Jerome Harrison - $9 Total spent on 4 RB busts: $73 (36.5% of overall budget) I could've had Adrian Peterson, Chris Johnson, or any other RB for that amount, and still had money to spare... (Thankfully I went RB heavy in the draft and got Arian Foster - $10, Matt Forte - $11, and Ahmad Bradshaw - $3, so it wasn't a total loss.)
Reality 3,121 Posted October 25, 2010 2nd pick on Mathews. Glad I only have him in 1 league.
cubbie5150 0 Posted October 25, 2010 12 team redraft, .5 PPR I took Ryan Mathews @ 2.08 (20th overall). Still can't believe I did that; I'm usually pretty conservative (taking only proven guys) the first 3 or 4 Rds.
mgs316 14 Posted October 25, 2010 Nothing terrible but Moreno in the third or Smith(NYG). Moreno produces when healthy but I should have know better when it comes to hammys. Hopefully second half stud. Mendy, good. Wayne, good. Moreno, second half stud? Gates, super human. Smith (NYG), Nicks is killing me!
PATSSOX 22 Posted October 25, 2010 I had the #12 pick in one league and i usually love the 12th pick. But this year i picked Randy Moss and Ryan Mathews I never draft a rookie that high but was drinking the Mathews Cool-aid and it got me. Looks like im gonna be in a fight for the playoffs in that league all year. Will be 7-7 after this week unless Romo and Austin go nuts tonight.
PackYourNut 47 Posted October 25, 2010 Mathews in the 3rd, Finley in the 4th, Cutler in the 10th! Still 5-2 and within 100 of the points lead.
aggiewildlife 0 Posted October 25, 2010 Drafted Shonn Greene in the 1st round and decided not to add Tomlinson late. Also drafted Jerome Harrison relatively early thinking he was going to be huge. Also, I did add Peyton Hillis due to speculation on this board that he would be good, but chose to drop him for Steve Slaton after reading all of the "experts" who had no hopes of Hillis doing much. Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted October 25, 2010 10 Team PPR Redraft drafting from #3 spot Biggest @ top and working down. Rice @ 3 first round. Never focking again will I draft ANYONE in the first 5 rounds that splits any carries. Also until they fire the coach, I will never draft a RB from the Pats, Panthers, Ravens, Buffalo, Chargers, Saints and add the Chiefs as well. These coaches just love focking you over on game day. MSW in the 6th. He lasted all of 4-5 weeks on my roster until I overcame pride and dropped him. His decaying corpse is still laying where I dumped the body. Jahvid Best in the 4th instead of my gut feeling of Foster. Finley in the 5th. Sure it's an injury bust but it still hurts when I sit down.
astriy 1 Posted October 25, 2010 Really hard to tell what my biggest fail was. 16 team league, here's my 1st 6 picks: 1.15 (15th overall) Ryan Grant RB GB 2.2 (18th overall) Shonn Greene RB NYJ 3.15 (47th overall) Dallas Clark TE IND 4.2 (50th overall) Jermichael Finley TE GB 5.15 (79th overall)Mike Wallace WR PIT 6.2 (82nd overall) Kevin Kolb QB PHI
Frank M 181 Posted October 25, 2010 Fitz at 2.6 and DWill at 3.7. Traded Williams away, but Fitz isn't helping me at all.

Jeepz 0 Posted October 25, 2010 Right now I'd say MJD ($58 in auction, 4th overall in snake) is my biggest disappointment, and even then he hasn't sucked so much as just not lived up to expectations. Since I landed Foster, MJD can be an RB2 for me, which he is. Now if only I could see some upside from him from here on out. Overall I'm pretty happy with my draft, and my waiver wire picks (Royal, Bess, Owen Daniels) have just replaced marginal players anyway. Oh, my family league, losing Grant to injury (then trading for Mathews) has been a hit I haven't recovered from.
Ondawa 0 Posted October 25, 2010 12 team ppr drafting 10th....took Randy Moss followed by Brees. Yikes! But drafted solid after that: Foster, Nicks, Z. Miller. I guess I expected more out of my two 2 picks.
wildbluefan 0 Posted October 25, 2010 15 minutes before the draft in a 12-teamer, I traded my #2 pick for the #5 pick (rationale was, so I could get a stud receiver coming back in second round). Wound up with Rice at 5 (knew it was big mistake) , and whiffed on a stud receiver, because TURNER was sitting there for my second round pick. So I have 6 receivers who all SUCK, and Rice on BYE this wekk, playing vs.....yeah, u guessed right...the guy who I traded picks with, and will now face AP this week....I suck ! Laurence Maroney's Nuts 2 Posted October 25, 2010 Ryan Mathews. By far. I typically stay away from rookie RBs, but wasn't crazy about a lot of the other guys in that range (Greg Jennings, Shonn Greene, etc). Not that they have been all that stellar... AngryFish 0 Posted October 26, 2010 It's amazing how easily you can beat yourself up in hindsight. Everyone has at least one fail in every draft. In my 12 team big money league, I took Kolb in the 5th round with Palmer, Flacco, T.O. and Arian Foster available. Duh. What was I thinking.
southcarolina 166 Posted October 26, 2010 10 team redraft Ryan Grant in the 2nd (19th overall) Not really my fault, but it still hurts Schaub in the 4th (39th), with Rivers still on the board S Smith Carolina in the 5th (52nd), with Gates, H Ward, Welker still on the board Of course this is all mitigated by the fact that i got Foster in the 7th (62nd)
BUCKEYES 0 Posted October 26, 2010 Just about my entire draft... Moss in the 1st Brady in the 2nd D.Williams (keeper) Benson (keeper) Kolb Celek O.Daniels Frisco defense No need to list my other scrubs! Only players on my team worth anything are Foster & Mike Wallace. I'm 2-

ColtsFan2011 0 Posted October 26, 2010 Ryan Mathews! had last pick so got Peyton and him back to back. Then I took Jamaal Charles. smdh. Advice for next year. No matter what these "fantasy experts" tell u never pick a rookie or someone that has a chance to split carries. It wont work out. but somehow im 5-2 at the moment. footballfanatic2 0 Posted October 26, 2010 Grabbed MSW in 5th with Nicks/Garcon/Floyd still on the board. Really was torn between MSW and Nicks. My team would look so much better with Nicks filling the current gaping hole at my WR2 slot. Watching Nicks tear it up last night brought a tear to my eye considering what might have been. pimptastic69 0 Posted October 26, 2010 I picked up Foster late last year in a keeper..........and then didn't keep him. Drafted Moss and Fitzgerald in the 1st and 2nd because I was already "stacked" with RB keepers (P. Thomas, B. Wells, M. Forte, K. Moreno).
