The Moz 69 Posted February 19, 2014 CNN used to be a decent left bias. But after MSNBC came along they have come more toward the middle still a little left. Most major media outlets are indeed a left bias to various degrees. Fox is one of the only well know media outlets that is a very strong right biased - the reason Fox is #1 in the ratings is indeed because they are basically the only Right news outlet for most people to view while Dems have various choices. To the retards out there that actualy get upset over Foxnews -- something you could simply avoid by NOT TUNING IN THE CHANNEL --

To the retards out there that actualy get upset over Foxnews -- something you could simply avoid by NOT TUNING IN THE CHANNEL -- I think that MSNBC is so far left, that CNN seems middle of the road by comparison, but they're still biased. And that's the problem. Everyone knows MSNBC and Fox are biased, but network news and CNN aren't perceived to be as bad. So people watching CNN or the network news get the bias, but it's subtle... which in my opinion, is the real problem.
jerryskids 6,825 Posted February 19, 2014 Yes, you most certainly are. Not my fault you don't know how to work the internetz. Read the first 5 links in your search: 1. NYT editorial 2. New Yorker admits Fox News is more balanced than MSNBC
Sho Nuff 720 Posted February 19, 2014 I didn't repeatedly claim polls and studies support my claim, hack. And they do...I have posted a few before...I posted the google search on the last page. Its not my job to hold your hand to let you find it...and even if I did, you are too much of a lemming/sheep/hack to ever admit what most on this board already have figured out. Even most conservatives have admitted it...yet you keep trying to play the game. So...good effort I guess...keep it up little guy.

Scarborough rips his own network (NBC and MSNBC) for liberal bias 5. New Yorker admits Fox News is more balanced than MSNBC As I said earlier...MSNBC is the more biased...never denied that. Despite your post...you can't refute that the links also say Fox is biased. You even admit the pew one that while they may be closer to CNN...they are still considered more biased. Glad you also stop at 5...and my search was just showing how easy it is to google...since some of you seem to have problems doing that. Not shocked you don't get it or can't admit what is out there though...same with drobs.

NewbieJr 541 Posted February 20, 2014 No. We can't put it to bed. It doesn't matter if MSNBC is slightly more biased than Fox News. They are still a clear 1 and 2. #3 (whoever you want to consider that) isn't even in the same team picture. 1. MSNBC 2. Fox News 3. CNN? NBC? ABC? whoever Other than the first two, the others at least try to represent a middle ground.

NewbieJr 541 Posted February 20, 2014 It's good to see that you've moved on from your contention that they are both exactly the same. I still don't know if they are or they're not. I do know that MSNBC is the liberal version of Fox news. If studies have revealed that MSNBC is actually more biased, then so be it. Someone above said that's the case. Ok. Big deal. Then Fox is second. It doesn't change a thing. They are still just aiming their stories at the party they represent. Is that fair to say?

Fox leans more right than CNN leans left, but they are relatively close. Both cater to the party they represent, but to slightly different degrees. MSNBC is in a class by itself. Any attempt to say Fox News = MSNBC is in complete denial of the information available. HTH

HTH FOX and MSNBC are the same exact sh1t - slightly tilted news coverage interspersed with a lot of frothing at the mouth incoherent partisan bullsh1t. What would be the Hannity / O'Reilly / guest spots by Ann Coulter etc. comparison on CNN? I seriously haven't watched any CNN for years but I didn't even think they ran programming where a partisan windbag on par with the aforementioned goes off for an hour.
