BunnysBastatrds 2,458 Posted August 19, 2014 Because people of your ilk (to use that term) like to spend a lot of time mischaracterizing what other people say (especially those that disagree with you politically). IGotWorms 4,059 Posted August 19, 2014 There's a credible story here that a gang of African-American males were shot on a rooftop by police and military assault helicopters and their bodies were thrown in the river. The reason they were killed is because they decided it was a good idea to shoot AK-47's at the police and the helicopters who were trying to save lives in the middle of a natural disaster. They were impeding the safety of the police and the citizens who were trying to get out. They were killed because they were shooting at police and army helicopters. Not because they were black. Are you ok with that? That's not how I heard the story at all, unless you are talking about a different one. And weren't the cops convicted in that case? NorthernVike 2,087 Posted August 19, 2014 Redskins players show solidarity with Ferguson protest LANDOVER, Md. -- The "Hands up, don't shoot" protest has made its way to the NFL. The Washington Redskins secondary emerged from the stadium tunnel during pregame introductions Monday night with hands raised and palms forward. It was a show of solidarity with the people in Ferguson, Missouri, who are protesting the shooting of teenager Michael Brown. Eleven players took part as the team was preparing to face the Cleveland Browns. Safety Ryan Clark said Brown "could have been any one of us. That could have been any one of our brothers, our cousins. ... When you get an opportunity to make a statement and be more than a football player, it's good." Protesters have gathered daily in Ferguson since Brown was fatally was shot by a police officer Aug. 9. You can take a thug out of the hood "and put him in the NFL" but you can't take the hood out of the thug.

BunnysBastatrds 2,458 Posted August 19, 2014 That's not how I heard the story at all, unless you are talking about a different one. And weren't the cops convicted in that case? There were two big trials involving police misconduct. The Danziger Bridge case and the Henry Glover case. And yes, there were convictions in each case. The story I'm referring to is one the media didn't know about till months later. Two out of town armed police paramedics were driving a flat boat in a bad area of town that had about five feet of water. This was just a few days after Katrina. They were there to assist anyone in need and coordinate with police the location of those stranded. They were driving down a street when they heard shots being fired at them from both sides. There were gangs of armed men on the roofs yelling at them to drive their boat over to them or they were going to die. The boat was seized by them and the paramedics were told to give them their guns and get the fawk out of the boat and swim or die. The paramedics swam a few blocks and found a NOPD cop and told him their story. Within minutes, two black hawk helicopters were advising the men to drop their arms, throw up their hands, and surrender. These genius's fire at the black hawks. ( This was very common in the days after Katrina and the media didn't report it) Al were killed including a number of pitt bulls that were chained to the roof. It was standard protocol that if you used lethal force in self defense, you had to make sure the perp was alive or dead. If they were alive, you had to call for medical assistance. I haven't heard a story yet where someone says that they shot at police and lived to tell about it. The helicopters and police cleared the roof and the building in the immediate aftermath. The people on that roof were never seen of or heard from again. There was never a report written. Nobody was ever interviewed. Bodies were never found. And I've heard this story more than once from reputable sources. And others like it. There are many people who were missing and never accounted for or their bodies found. I talked to an assistant coroner a few months after Katrina. The morgue was flooded so they were using frozen dinner trailers to store bodies. He told me that there were bodies with holes in them that cause of death was written up as "unknown".

Eaglesin14 12 Posted August 19, 2014 Cop suffered "Orbital Blowout fracture to eye socket" from this "kid". BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown AttackThe Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store. Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police. http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014/08/breaking-report-po-darren-wilson-suffered-orbital-blowout-fracture-to-eye-socket-during-encounter-with-mike-brown/

BudBro 183 Posted August 19, 2014 SNITCH ALERT! New Black Panther Leading Protests in St. Louis Is Police InformantThe FBI last week identified Chawn Kweli of the New Black Panthers Party as an agitator seeking to trigger violence against local Ferguson police. Now there is information that Chawn Kweli (AKA: Chawn Smock) is actually an employee of the Louisville, Kentucky Police Department. Smell a snitch, anyone? http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014/08/snitch-alert-new-black-panther-leading-protests-in-st-louis-is-police-informant/?PageSpeed=noscript let's speculate, just for some different fun. new black panther (as opposed to the real black panthers) dude is an instigator of the riots, along with shabazz, but there is information that he is a part of the police. so, now we have militarized police in the first riot since all the military vehicles began to arrive to police departments, and we have police people working inside the crowd as agitators to keep it going. occupy is starting back up in oakland and there is a riot there. it's too bad that black people are always the tool they use for their folly. i guess it's easier when they have them believing the govt is on their side. maybe the govt is the puppeteer of the whole mess, like the school shootings and the occupy nonsense over the 99%, just to keep the military complex alive and well until we can get another war going. we are blowing up our own "stolen" equipment in iraq and equipping sh##ty armies with f-16s that we can blow out of the sky with new drones and f-35s and 22s. it's all evil. Saint Elistan 106 Posted August 19, 2014 The Race Wars strike out again. Same story, different year. Think they'll bring the loot back? Also, this. Hope stores near there have insurance. A 23-year-old black man was shot and killed by St. Louis police today after he charged at them with a knife, just 10 days after police shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson less than 6 miles away. The man had taken two energy drinks from a store and returned to take a package of pastries without paying, according to St. Louis City Police Chief Sam Dotson. The suspect then went into the street and was "acting erratically," and talking to himself, Dotson said. When the store employee followed him outside, the man threw the pastries into the street, the chief said. Police responded to a 911 call, and the suspect walked toward the officers' vehicle and put his hand on his waistband, pulled out a knife and held it in an "overhand" position, above his shoulder, Dotson said. The chief said the officers got out of their vehicle and drew their weapons, telling the man to drop the knife, but he continued to advance, reportedly saying "Shoot me, kill me now." When he got within four feet of one officer, both cops fired their weapons at the man, who has not yet been identified. Dotson said that witnesses described it as "suicide by cop."
