Against. Not only does my junk look like a cool anteater, but there's so many fun games I play with it. I can stretch it to ungodly lengths and fit untold items in there. I can make cool fart noises with it. It's fun to have your gf gnaw on it like a dog. Gotta make her growl tho for effect, only cool chicks do it, Sex feels better since it's sheathed all the time instead of chaffing. My wife and I discussed it a little and she left it in my court, ended up getting him circumcised. There is absolutely no medical reason for it, but I'm circumcised and frankly didn't live the idea about having to explain to my kid about foreskin hygiene. Mostly I did it because I wanted him to look like everybody else.

 

I don't regret it but parents expecting a boy should ask for pics of the surgery right afterward, very red and angry looking. It almost made me regret it but that's over 2 years ago now, healed fine and his cack looks great.

I had an uncle that HATED his parents because they decided it would be best for him to make the decision when he became an adult.

 

He HAD to have it done for medical reasons and he said it was absolutely focking miserable. I am not sure if he ever forgave them either.

I have one son and we ended up not doing it (for the record, I'm snipped). Reasons were:

1. He had gone through a very long, difficult delivery (33 hours total) so I felt like the little guy had been through enough.

2. My FIL was against it. My dad passed away decades ago so I don't know his opinion.

3. I don't really have a strong feeling one way or another. And

4. See #1; I hadn't slept in forever as well and not in prime decision making shape.

 

In hindsight I probably would have leaned towards doing it if I had all of my faculties because that is still the norm in our society, but like I said, I really don't have a strong opinion.

I am very curious on this as well. I think I read that back in the day, everyone thought it was healthier in the long run. I think this started in the baby boom era, and has only recently started trending towards keeping the skins.

We opted aginst the procedure but as luck would have it, my boy had complications with his foreskin not releasing last year and we ended up having to do it anyway. It happens to about 10 percent of uncut boys.

Both of my boys are cut. So am I. I was not into the whole mutilation thing, but did not want there to be issues in the showers or changing for sports. They say that if you are uncut, then you have greater sensitivity. The last thing I need is to come quicker, so I advocate for cutting.

I'm not really for or against as its a personal choice. However we circumcised my two boys just like I am and just like most of the men and boys that I know are too. I decided to do so similar to why I decide to cut my fingernails. Sure there is no medical reason to do so, but its cleaner, it looks better, and its whats considered normal in my culture.
